Usually fast and efficient. This time around took over an hour for food to be ready and was kept being told would be 15 mins... each time I asked. A little more communication on issues and delays would be nice. I ordered my pizza online for pickup 1.5 hours in advance. When I arrived at the given time, they told me it would be another... hour-no apology, just stared at me. What is the point of ordering in advance and driving across town to pick it up if they can?tcome close to the pickup time they set? Customer service and business model are busted at this location. Longtime customer. Recently the prices have increased leaving the cheapest large pepperoni at 12.99. Papa John's corporate... says that most stores a 7.99 carryout special but the store says that aren't allowed to offer carryout specials anymore. College Station residents are lucky enough to be near a location that doesn't participate in this. There is another pizzalocation within walking distance of this store and I have yet to pay over 10 dollars for a large there. Pizza also tastesbetter at this nearby location. Papa John's employees are always nice. 4 and 5 dollars is the difference in price between PapaJohn's and nearby location. That difference in price adds up over time. Won't say that I won't go back to Papa John's butthere are competitors offering better products for lower prices. I think the management and franchisee need to be aware ofthis. With this nearby location I get pizza specials emailed to me whereas Papa John's always seems to be trying sell aPapadia. Papa John's needs to understand that College Station is a college town so cheap pizzas are easy to find. Unfortunately Papa John's has fallen into the higher priced range. Read more
Just got our pizza from door dash and this is what it looks like. From restaurant experience, this should have never been out in... a box. Literally missing half a pizza. I called 6x and pressed 5 like it told me and it would repeat the same message everytime. Never had a problem before but I definitely want a refund on this pizza. This is not okay. Read more
Are jalapeños in short supply? We ordered 3 pizzas and some sides for our lunch at work. When they arrived we all gathered... around the table to pop the pizza box tops and enjoy but the pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños was very disappointing as youcan see in the picture. Literally there was like 1 jalapeño slice per piece of pizza and you were lucky if it was the size of adime. Won't order from here again. Read more
The XL cheese with extra cheese and light on the sauce for $15.99 instead of $12.00 & there was not enought cheese for 1 pizza... let alone double! I have never been so disappointed. When I returned to the store the guys looked at me and said nothing whenI asked them if this is a double cheese pizza. I hope you can see the pictures of this pizza. Read more
Been ordering from this place/location for a while. Don't bother placing any orders unless you call in advance and ask wait... times (assuming you can get ANYONE on the phone). On WEEKnights, you can expect an hour wait time for a small 16 piece of wings.On top of their prices have gone up several dollars. My advice to management, find a way to bring your capacity up to be ableto handle the influx of college students in the Spring and Fall semesters. It's very evident management has no clue how to adaptto such demand as we had little problem during the summer with wait times. College enrollment numbers can be found with a simpleGoogle search and any business in CStat knows TAMU enrollment has a pretty dramatic effect on business. The one on Universityhad a wait time much shorter than this one. So all I can I assume is different store manager. Makes me question this storemanagers attentiveness or this locations set up if the one on University can have decent wait times. Read more
