Really hate to leave this review but I can?t take it anymore. First, Shipley?s has the best doughnuts anywhere, and I have been... going to this location for years, but I don?t / can?t recommend this location anymore. The guy working the inside counteralways seems irritated when I place an order, and the girl working the window is as unpleasant as possible. Further, when I usethe drive through, they get my order wrong most of the time; not to mention the fact that the drive through line is alwaysincredibly long and not worth the wait. [However, the guy working the drive through (outside), taking orders on his cell phone,is an A+ human being; he is the ONLY person that makes this Shipley?s tolerable. Unfortunately you still have to deal witheveryone else, and it?s unbearable.] While I will probably still use this location, as it?s the only one around and it wins bydefault, I can?t tell anyone else that it is worth it.
