Really hate to leave this review but I can?t take it anymore. First, Shipley?s has the best doughnuts anywhere, and I have been... going to this location for years, but I don?t / can?t recommend this location anymore. The guy working the inside counteralways seems irritated when I place an order, and the girl working the window is as unpleasant as possible. Further, when I usethe drive through, they get my order wrong most of the time; not to mention the fact that the drive through line is alwaysincredibly long and not worth the wait. [However, the guy working the drive through (outside), taking orders on his cell phone,is an A+ human being; he is the ONLY person that makes this Shipley?s tolerable. Unfortunately you still have to deal witheveryone else, and it?s unbearable.] While I will probably still use this location, as it?s the only one around and it wins bydefault, I can?t tell anyone else that it is worth it. The girl who normally works the drive thru is pretty rude. She has some of the worst customer service I've ever received and... will go to another location other than the one in South College Station. Read more

I LOVE Shipley's donuts and have since I was a kid. Went again just this week. I have yet to be satisfied by any other brand of... donuts of various kinds. I'm not a morning person but the best method of persuasion is to get some warm delicious glazed donutsfrom Shipley's or chocolate iced ???????? see you again soon ???? Read more
Great service. The staff at this location are AMAZING. I have been enjoying Shipley Do-nuts for well over 30 years. My... beautiful daughter grew up on Shipley Do- nuts and now my three wonderful grandsons are growing up on them. My family doesn'tbuy donuts anywhere else. There's nothing better than a warm Shipley glazed donut . Keep up the great work. I guarantee thatwhen I have great grand babies (which will not be for a while) they will be enjoying Shipley Do-nuts too. Read more
Staff is always friendly, and the drive thru is quick.
The guy working the drive-thru was totally rude. When we pulled up to the window, he just yelled ?WHAT? and gave us serious... attitude the whole time. Looks like this location has had issues with rude employees before, why is nothing being done about it? Read more
