I went last Wednesday at 8:50 in the morning and there was nobody at the store, I waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes then... went to the window and nobody was inside, I then parked and looked through the front door and it was closed with no sign oranything. It seems their own employees don?t know their hours of operation.
Website says open till 11pm. Store was closed at 10pm. Needs to update hours of operation if incorrect.
I went through the drive through this morning to get a protein drink. I checked last night in the website from my phone, seeing... you opened at 6-10! Perfect? I can grab one and make it to work in time! I sat there 5 minutes along with another car beggingme. Finally pulled up, honked. A girl came to the window said we don?t open till 7. Are you kidding. 3 others in the parkinglot, I also told, 20 minutes until 7. 5 of us left. I?m now looking on my computer after read another review with a similarcomplaints about closing hours. The computer states hours are 7-11. You guys need to get your stuff together. Plus people whohave early shifts at 7 would really like that 6 or 6:30 opening hours and you could get the business in there if you guys wouldjust open earlier than 7. Either that or get your websites correct for your location and get them up on the drive through signso we are not sitting there wasting our time on you. Read more
Went thru the drive thru at 10:10 pm tonight, waited a good 7 mins nobody came on so I drove up to the window. There were 2... employees a male and female restocking. I had to honk to get someone attention. When the girl did turn around she had thenastiest look on her face as she told WE'RE CLOSED!!! I tried to ask her if the hours changed bc the door clearly states theyclose at 11 (plus we've been here multiple times). But she turned her back to the window and would not acknowledge us again. Atthis point 3 other cars pull up and a guy even went to the door and it was locked. Neither employee would acknowledge himeither. Smoothie King as a whole I love, this location specifically however consistently misses for me. Staff are typically rude and the... ingredients aren?t ripe. If you?re a student I?d highly recommend going to one of the locations on campus for better tastingsmoothies and friendlier staff. Read more
Great place! Fast service and friendly staff! I love a smoothie after a long walk.
(80% Ice + 20% smoothie) is what I got even after requesting them, not to add ice to my smoothie because of tooth sensitivity... issues. When the smoothie didnt fill the 20oz completely, they just crushed some more ice and put in the smoothie. Neverexpected this kind of stuff. Read more
