I normally don't have problems with rushes as I understand that the workers got a lot on their plate, but the downside is that... the two drinks I had ordered for the morning didn't have the added syrup I had paid for, and the drink wasn't filled all the waywhere it normally is. I was looking for a coffee shop to sit and finish some work, so I stopped by here one time. Found this place to be too loud to... work (weird lighting and loud music). Ambience is a big part of a coffee shop experience and this place is just not for me. Tip:Club music is not coffee shop music. Read more

Great service and coffee. I ordered a short cafe latte with three pumps of vanilla and two stevias. It was made perfectly. Thank... you. 10/10 - recommend and I will definitely return. If I had to say one not so good thing about this location it would beabout the position of the building/drive-thru. If this place is busy, the drive-thru line can form awkwardly and even blocktraffic. Read more

I had originally ordered two drinks one I was taking to my grandma in navasota. Not too far but when you get the drink to a lady... not feeling well and it?s not right it?s unpleasant. Despite my irritated and most likely unpleasant attitude about thesituation the manager on duty was BEYOND nice and professional attitude never faltered. He offered me a refund (which I hadasked for) and remake for all the trouble. I received the remake and wasn?t going to get the refund. This morning he wasworking the drive through window and recognized my order, voice, something and took care of me right then and there. I wish Ihad gotten his name to properly thank and recognize him for everything. Showed up to pick up a mobile order, was told they didn?t have it, was asked to show my receipt which I showed that reflected... that it was submitted and I was charged. The person said they?d to make it. They then came back and forcefully handed it to usand rolled their eyes in the process. Stellar customer service. Shameful, actually. There was nobody in line behind us andnobody visibly inside, either. I don?t understand the need for having attitude when we were cordial throughout the entireinteraction. Perhaps some coaching is in order since this location seems to have low morale and low customer service standards.This wasn?t our first poor experience here, just the one that pushed me to write a review finally.
