If I could give zero stars, I would. The worker, Chris, was completely disrespectful. I told him I wanted a pretzel and then... decided I wanted a couple more for my mom and husband. He started smart mouthing me saying well you should have said that in thefirst place. He then started throwing my food around very aggressively. It?s obvious something was wrong. It is Black Fridaytoday so I was thinking maybe he was really busy. But then I got to thinking, I have worked customer service all my life andhave worked on Black Friday and have come across very rude customers but never once would I have acted like that. My mom saw howhe was acting, as did the other customers so my mom came over and told him he was being very childish and disrespectful. Heclaimed it was because he had a very long day. I went in today with my wife and I wanted to get a meatball sub. Last time I went to this Subway there was no meatballs, so the... first thing I asked the employee who was making my sandwich if they had any; the employee, whose name was Chris, said yes. Itold him I wanted a footlong, told him the specific bread, the specific cheese, and meatballs on my sub. Chris, when I saidmeatballs, says to me with an attitude "I heard you the first time." I don't know if this man was having a bad day or something,but I'll tell you that I do not come to Subway to get someone's bad day taken out on me. Edit: My wife checked our receipt andit turns out they charged us more than what we bought! I ordered a meatball sub! Not teriyaki chicken sub, which is two dollarsmore! Disgusting customer service. This is my first unwelcomed experience I've had in all the several times I've stopped to get my sandwich! The employee that was... working the counter was very rude...he tossed that toaster pan! He's like he didn't want to wait us! Zach is he's name...I willnot stop in again if he is behind the counter!! I didn't put in a order. Bad experience!! Read more
This place usually depends on who makes the sandwich . Clay today was making mines and it was horrible he did not put enough... Mayo on the sandwhich and it was so dry! He toasted my bread to long and just overall wasn?t a very good lunch! Read more
Was leaving Walmart 9/4 at around415-430pm and upon entering the subway I placed 2 15 packs of soda on a table to call my wife... and ask what she would like for her order. Before I was even able to dial her number a woman asked if I were planning to make Ipurchase in which I replied yes I was. I proceeded to ask if they were closing soon and she told me no and that I could notstand there. I decided to leave. After picking up my belongings I asked her if they just didn?t like having business. She toldme that the safety department told her that I wasn?t allowed to stand inside and retrieve my wife?s order over the phone. That Ishould find a chair outside of the establishment and come in after I figured it out. So I left. The employee punches out andleaves to go home after. Customer service training is desperately needed at this establishment. Don?t recommend going there. Read more
There was an Indian lady and she came in and was clocked in and was just sitting in the back while there's three people standing... wating in line. Then she started making my sandwich and was about to put in the toaster without asking me if I even wanted mysandwich toasted. She didn't even make eye contact and was very rude. She rushed me through my whole order. Also she wastalking to the other employees as if she was in charge and asked if she was and she wasn't but the way she talk to the otheremployees was very inappropriate especially in front of customers. 2 cups of mayo on a foot long after I asked them to stop at the first 2 tablespoons worth. Sandwich is swimming in mayo and is... inedible. The lady making it pretended she didn't understand me (even though she spoke perfect unaccented English when we walkedup and greeted us but switched once I asked about a product they no longer had) and kept pouring mayo on then wouldn't scrape itoff and bagged it up. They gave me nothing that I had ordered the cheese wasn?t right there was no sauce when I ordered sauce there was stuff missing... and the wrong stuff on it and poorly made! Never had I ever had a sandwhich messed up! Totally killed my vibe and when I calledand asked for the manager they told me to call back tomorrow and hung up! Poor service subway!!! Read more
