The 5 star rating goes to the manager Tyler R. On this busy Saturday Tyler had to deal with the issues if the internet being... down and credit card machines not working. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had the pleasure ofinteracting with in a long time, Tyler himself is an asset to the cove and I hope the owners will soon recognize it. As ageneral manager myself, I pointed out a few disturbing items to Tyler before I left for the day and as I was packing up guesswhat I saw- Tyler directing team members to address the concerns I pointed out to him. The cove is a great place if your group is not black. We tried our best to have a good time however the so called vibe creator... aka vibe killers were on our backs the entire time. First we were told by several people in the front that we can have a speakerand then was told we couldn't once inside. We had one under age person the staff literally put his straw in her drink to tasteif alcohol was in it. We were being watched harder by staff than our actual waitress. They walked over a million times withabsolutely ridiculous rules one in particular no waterfalls bottles. So, we had fun, but it's way overpriced for what is there. Lazy river is pretty small, drinks are too sweet and pricey, if you... want to bring anything in and make sure it's safe, you must rent a *tiny* locker or spend $$$ on a cabana with a safe. If youplan on going more than once, I would get a season pass, however as of July 30, they no longer offered them for the season. Nota bad place just not worth $50/person. Read more
Honestly I was almost deterred from going after reading the other reviews , mainly regarding racism but that was literally so... far from the truth. Everyone was very warm, welcoming and helpful. The music and vibes were great as were the food and drinks.Use the other reviews as a guide but take them with a grain of salt and give it a shot before making a hasty decision andcounting this place out. My boyfriend and I had a great time in the lazy river as well as playing the lawn games available. Ifwe lived closer this place would be visited on the regular. Read more
We had a good time on our Wednesday visit. The place wasn?t too busy, the food particularly the pizza is on point, and the pina... colda was really good. The only thing that was unpleasant was the smell of vomit that was coming from the trash cans near theswim up bar. It was two separate trash cans or areas that smelled like vomit. Also right under the walk over bridge there was amanure smell. Those smells were so bad I just tried to hold my breath each time we passed them. The people floating near us alsomentioned the smells. Besides that, I would definitely come back and hope they fix those issues. Read more
Very clean and a good place to cool off in the summer! There are lights under the water for when it gets dark. Drinks and food... is pretty expensive as you would expect, but it's fun to just come after dinner and stay until they close. Free parking in alarge adjacent parking lot. Read more
Such a fun and relaxing place to hang out with fellow pool lovers. Games, TVs, lazy river, lounging, swim up bar, pizza/ food... bar...overall a great time. I wish they'd allow you to bring in your own water and towel services (even for a fee) would begreat to consider adding/ allowing. Overall- a good time and worth a trip! Read more
2022: Water continues to get warmer as the season goes on. Water in mid April is a bit chilly but still floatable for those... accustomed. By late May water really starts to feel nice. Into June, July, and August, the water is amazing. The food is reallygood. Some of the best quesadillas I've had around town. Staff and Vibe protectors are always super friendly and always onpoint.
