I mean, the patty is flatter than my chest and it was still raw. I still ate the sandwich, but Ngl very concerned .
Didn't eat inside. Worst Whataburger I've had in my life! And I've ate there before and it was good. Don't know what happened.
Ordered at 11:11pm last night. Everyone that came in after my family and I received their food. The guy who took our order tried... his hardest to get the Manager and other workers to make our food. They did not. Not until this Gentleman stood in front of thempushing them to make our order. We finally received our order at 11:47pm. That lady manager needs to be fired! That gentlemanthat took our order needs to replace that lady(kid). He was the only one other than this sweet guy handing out condiments thatactually cared. We always love Whataburger. The people at this particular restaurant was very friendly. We went there to meet up with some... friends that we have not seen in a long time and we had a nice meal together. Made an online order for pickup and they only made one burger mistake...added cheese when I didn't ask for it. My son was okay... with it but prefers no cheese. All other orders (6 total) we're correct, fresh, and hot. I elected a curbside pickup. Took afew minutes longer than advertised on the app but I'm ok with that. The employee who brought the food out was friendly & polite and the order was large enough that they gave me a Whataburger reusable handled bag! Food was nasty! Cold fries tender cold! And they forgot the gravy on all 3 of my orders! Line line for over 20 mins! Called the... restaurant and a girl answer was rude about it! And wanted me to go back to give me my gravy! I asked her if they can replace myfood! Because if I go back for gravy the rest of my food will be cold! And the girl was rude! And said no!
