Our food was good, as was our server. However, they seemed to be a little disorganized in the kitchen. None of our appetizers... came out at the same time, nor did our entrees. We guessed they were short staffed, which is understandable, but they were onlyhalf full at 7:30 on a Friday. Hope to return for a better experience next time! Read more
We’ve been to this location a few times now. It looks like it’s going downhill. The property needs landscaping work,... there’s trash and cigarette butts by the entrance, the lobby is dirty and disorganized, and the glass revolving door ispractically opaque with fingerprints. It took longer than they estimated to get a table - nearly an hour - despite there beingmany open tables, though I’m sure that’s related to staffing. The worst dining experience I’ve ever had, everything was cold, the plating was tragic and the wait was 15 mins and they had... texted me my table was ready and i went up and waited another 45 mins because they gave my table away. Overall just a lacklusterexperience. The manager did try to mend things by taking a few items off of the check. In my opinion, the whole meal should ofbeen comped. Food is always good here, with multiple options of Chinese, Thai and Korean cuisine, and the atmosphere is ideal for family... gatherings. The service, however, is terrible. Today my family was celebrating Father's Day, for which we had made a reservationat an off-peak hour (3:30 PM), and upon arrival we had to wait around 10 minutes, being the only party in wait, and anotherparty of the same size that arrived much later were taken to their table right away, for which I asked the manager if there wasa problem with our reservation, and he reacted in an aggressive and rude manner. This almost ruined our Father's Daycelebration, but thankfully the waitress (Lola) was nice and polite and the food was good. I will think twice before visitingthis branch. Read more
Our waitress, Lola was very sweet and attentive. However, the host staff and manager were rude to my family. We waited... unnecessarily long for our reservation for four, while a family of 5 that came after us was seated almost immediately. We went to PF Chang's not expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised. The customer service was good and our server was... knowledgeable. The food was good, some dishes were definitely a step up than the rest but it depends on what you order. Thethings we really liked were the Dynamite Shrimp, Shrimp in Garlic Sauce and Vegetable Lomein. We also ordered salt and pepperPrawns and Hot and Sour Soup which was ok. All in not a bad experience. I went to PF Chang Collegeville because I loved the Glen Mills PF Chang. Restaurent was nicely decorated, overall ambience was... calming however this restaurant was nothing but disappointment. Server was very slow and forgetful. To begin with he gave uswater and coke however forgot to give straws. After waiting for a long time we called him again to get us the straws. He alsoforgot bring appetizer. We ordered hot and sour soup, kids chicken lomein, chicken lomein, spring rolls, Lettuce Wrap, veg friedrice, chicken entree. Except Lettuce wrap rest everything we ordered was below par. We could smell the oil and food left tasteof oil in our mouth. BAD!!!! First give us someone else's order. Than they give be something I said no on due to allergies. Then they don't give a... complete order. Than they give me the stuff raw!!!! Not cooked.
