I had a great catering experience with this Panera Bread location this week! I easily placed a pick up order online about a week... before my event. The Panera Bread manager Max brought out all of the food during the scheduled time and helped me carry all ofthe bags to my car which was parked around the corner. This location is so inconsistent. Every time I go to order (or a family member does) they are out of something! It is every... other week I try to order and they are out of products. Other locations do not have this issue. They were out of bread recently,last week out of argula for the power bowl, and out of ALL power bowls yesterday. GET IT TOGETHER. Read more
If me and my family are going to wait 20minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups we would expect them to at least be hot sandwiches.... To say the chicken was warm would be a generous description. Not bad but not special either. The broccoli cheddar soup was really good, but their sandwiches don?t have much filling
they frequently make mistakes in the customized online orders. once, one of the managers said they would replace the meal. We... ordered 3 sandwiches without the sauce (relish) and this was clearly indicated in the online order. And, we asked for onewithout cheese. They put cheese and the sauce/relish on all of them. We didn't go back in for about 1 month and when we broughtthis up, that manager said he vaguely remembered and then another manager said they can't give free food. Not the way to delivergood service. they reluctantly placed the new order but made us feel like we were stealing from them, when they are the onesmaking the mistakes in the orders. Read more
OMG this place was incredible.
