It?s been awful lately. The food is tasty but the service not good at all. I?ve taken my kids and have them order first. The... past three times the kids behind the counter skip me or my other daughter and start making food for the people after us. Ikindly ask if I can go next (even though it?s our turn to order from the start). I?m told I need to go to the back of the line!The young generation left in charge when an older manager isn?t around doesn?t get how things work. Two times ago I was tryingto pay. The girl rang me up and suddenly took out her phone and answered texts, got a coworker, and talked about friend drama. Ijust was in shock since I didn?t finish paying. This place is filthy. They never wipe down a table. Never. The bathrooms are disgusting. The portions are so small, I had to beg... them to add more rice and beans. The prices are way too high for what they offer you. A huge disappointment! Read more

scoops maybe 20 grains of rice into my burrito. scoops five beans into my boyfriends bowls and he actually has to courage to say... something unlike me. when he asks if he can have more they say it?ll cost extra. find out at the end they?re out of lettuce,they close in 3 hours though so how is there no lettuce? wegmans is across the street go get some it?s that simple. i spent 24dollars for a burrito and a bowl that they barely filled, looked like kids meals. i can?t believe they looked at us withstraight faces thinking they were the ones making sense. never will be going again. and the best part is that they don?t care inthe slightest. just absolutely terrible service. I went to this location today around dinner time they were very busy but doing the best they could to serve everyone. There was... a customer in line behind me whom asked for an item that was not on the menu. The employee kindly told her they don't offer thatto which she said ?yes you do im going to tell you how to make it.? Initially I couldnt tell if she was joking because the wayshe said it was so rude and without any regard to the response she just received from the employee or the consideration of theother guests waiting in line. The employee reiterated that he could mot make her something that was not on the menu and thecustomer acted shocked and started getting loud with him. He kindly told her that he did not appreciate how she was speaking tohim and she ultimately decided to leave the restaurant without purchasing. We ordered food for a party at the park. The food was delivered on time, the person delivering the good arranged everything. The... food was delish, there was enough food and sides. The delivery came with plates, utensils, serving spoons, and the serving trayswith heat gels. Overall a great experience. Read more

I love Qdoba, but this location was a Sad experience: We came in and the only reason we were served was because an off-shift... worker was eating and went to call the others from the back. I asked for the Queso Burrito and they didn't put queso on theburrito or ask if I wanted Sour Cream. We also ordered guacamole, which not only was closer to a full avacado with too muchlime, they also didn't care enough to take the skin off part of the avacado. In most cases I just let this stuff slide, but theeffort put forth gives a bad name to a franchise that is usually a go-to for me. Glad I don't spend too much time inCollegeville. Read more
