I had the most amazing experience here! I work a couple doors down and I came down on my break find out that they didn?t accept... Apple Pay. The manager was so kind and actually paid for my meal for me, it was so nice to see someone so kind and someone whotruly cared about their customers. I only eat out once a week. I spent $18 for salmon pita. I was sent pita bread with almost nothing in it. Look closely.
I order from Zoe?s quite often in Collegeville, the food is usually good but sometimes inconsistent in taste. Service on the... other hand as of late has been terrible. In particular the rude young lady with the dark hair who is very short with hercustomer service. I ordered steak Kabobs which are usually good but I?m assuming because it was late in the evening they wererushing so I got not fully cooked meat. Read more
Wife has been trying to take me to Zoës Kitchen for weeks, and I was finally able to go. Very glad I did! The spicy chicken and... steak kabobs (combo meal) were great! Add in the grilled corn and cauliflower rice sides, and I'm hooked! We'll be going backoften, and I'm looking forward to other options - not something I do often. Thanks for a great meal Zoës! The food I ordered was great but the service was terrible. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken plate and my mother ordered the... rustic lamb pita. My order came out first and the girl said the lamb "takes a little bit longer". About ten minutes go by andmy mother goes in to ask about the lamb omly again to be told "it takes a little longer". About ten more minutes goes by when Igo in and ask what's going on with the lamb. Only for us to find out there was never a ticket in for her order and they weredisputing the statuses of OTHER orders they weren't sure about. We asked for a refund and the girl behind the counter had theaudacity to only refund us for the meals and not the desserts or drink. So we didn't even receive a full refund the way weshould have. We will not be going back here until the service staff is overturned. It has not always been this bad, it's anembarrassment. Read more
Food was good. Customer service was good. I ordered spicy hummus appetizer and the hummus was excellent. Not enough pita bread... for the amount of hummus. Other person ordered salmon over cauliflower rice. Food was quite delicious too. Food does take sometime to prepare but that's not a complaint just an observation. I guess it means that they're actually cooking it and notreheating it. Food served to you at the table. Drink station was a bit messy. Overall it was a good meal. Read more
My food came out hot and was absolutely outstanding! The flavors were spot on and the grilled veggies on the salad were so... yummy. Best meal I?ve had here ever!!! So fresh and reasonable for healthy cuisine. Read more
One of the items we ordered showed up with very little on it. Disappointing to say the least. We called the restaurant and even... though we had Doordashed the first order the manager drove a full replacement order to our house. Qualiy was great. Nice save. Read more
