11/11/22 - My wife placed an order through Zoup! Website for delivery. Half hour later she receives a phone call from Doordash... delivery driver who states Zoup! doesn?t have our order because we didn?t use Red Card. My wife explains she has confirmationfrom location that order was placed and paid for through Zoup website. My wife advised she?ll call the store. She calls thelocation and is told that driver was confused that store asked if it was paid for by Red card because they didn?t see the orderwhen driver arrived but they have it now. A few minutes later my wife gets confirmation order was canceled (We never canceledthe order). I leave to head to location arrive at 7:00 p.m. doors are locked with two employees working in restaurant area. Store is open to 8:00 according to sign on door. I knock on door nothing, no acknowledgement, nothing. Doordash driverapproaches me states they have been their for ten minutes trying to pick up an order and employees haven?t acknowledged himeither. States he called several times and they aren?t answering phone. Finally female employee after a few minutes ofDoordash driver and me standing there comes to the door with annoyed attitude. Opens the door and asks if we are there for pickup. I advised I would like to order food because of earlier fiasco. She advised they were closing early because they didn?thave enough people to stay open until 8. Unless I already placed order couldn?t get anything. Gave Doordash driver his pickup, never once apologizing for making him wait or not answering the phone. Poor customer service. Take your money elsewhere. There are many other restaurant offerings in this shopping center, who have better customer service. Read more
Honestly, this place should have stayed closed. Their Southwest Turkey sandwich was 2 pieces of turkey, a couple of razor thin... slices of tomato and some mayo on a cheap roll. Half the ingredients were missing. And the vegetable bounty soup tasted likeweek-old salty dishwater. Read more

As of September 2022- THEY'RE OPEN AGAIN! After almost a year of never being open & no indication of if & when they'd reopen,... THEY OPENED BACK UP! And they're so appreciated by everyone who's ever gone there before & enjoy a great selection of at leasta dozen different types of soups, chili, & new broth bowls. We also see them making delicious sandwiches & salads other peopleorder, but we mainly go for their soups. Loaded baked potato soup, lobster bisque, hearty chicken pot pie with a crunchytopping sprinkled ontop, different chilies, split pea, etc....! So many delicious types that just hit the spot. Please stayopen Zoup at this location! Collegeville area needs you! We missed you! ???? _________________________________ ORIGINAL POST2021- I love this place! No other places allow you to sample their items before buying... What a great concept! I've stepped outof my comfort zone many times and found out I really enjoyed other soups I may not have ever ordered! Tonight I tried Santa FeChicken Chili because I saw it and tried a sample, and really enjoyed it! I usually ordered their chicken pot pie soup with asprinkle of crust on top (and to go they include a little cup of crumbs separate so they don't get soggy in to-gocontainers!). I love they're bisque soups... Lobster bisque is my husband's favorite! So many to choose from, I always get onemore to-go for either myself or my husband. Read more

Just love it!!! I was ordered drogonfire noodle soup with multi grain bread and the soup was amazing. It was so spicy but I... like it. Also this is our first time here and they gave us free sample to taste various soups before ordering. A bowl of soupwas $6.75 and a small bread was free. My husband ordered tomato spinach rice soup but he said he wish he ordered drogonfire.Also he ordered a half roasted veggie sandwich and he loved that. Another good thing is that they have ample veggie foodoptions so that we can choose a dish among the provided veggie options. I want to come back here again. Thanks @Zoup Read more
Been here a few times. Only 1 out of maybe 5 times I?ve ordered, the food was amazing. But the other 4 times or so it was super... salty sometimes there was ingredients missing, stuff wasn?t necessarily fresh for the prices. But I said what the heck let mebuy some bowls for my bosses?. So I picked up the grain bowls and when it was ready I asked if there was enough chicken in themand I received a condescending response very full of sass I might add. I though I was the sassy one but no. then I explained whyI was just making sure because of the past orders and I was asked ?so why do even come back then?? I told the person ?it?s formy bosses this time not for me? unfortunately I paid it with my card and I asked for a refund later on but the manager wanted tojust make me a new one?. Not necessarily the response I was seeking? why would want to get another horrible overpriced bowl?Maybe it?s great when you make YOURSELF a bowl at work but not SO for the clients? the teas are really good though.
