Don't know what has happened here but the staff isn't the same as I've been used to over the past few years. I still love Braums... but now go to another location to avoid this one. Order times are high, knowing how to make a milkshake seems to be a challengefor some, cleanliness is not that well kept anymore, and only a few of the old time employees seem to care. It's been a fewweeks and the employee making my drink tonight put his finger in my cup. I told him to male another and why, he got allattitude. Serious, what happened to this location? We went in to order two salads. The person in front of us in line was complaining because half the lettuce in her salad was... rotten. Ugh. I dont want a rotten lettuce salad. The tables and floor were all badly in need of cleaning. I could see they wereshort staffed so that explains the dirty conditions. Im pretty sure i know why theyre shorted staffed too. There's a "nowhiring" sign on the door advertising starting pay at $13/hr, unless of course you happen to be a teenager. In a blatant act ofage discrimination, the posted starting pay for teenagers is only $10/hr. Really? Advertising that they blatantly discriminatebased on age is not a good way to hire employees who will be able to keep this dirty place clean. Thats probably the reason theyhad the restroom doors locked also. Which is another complaint. Yeah. This braums is basically a toilet. Other braums in thearea are nice, but not this one. Is it a franchise? Its very poorly managed in my opinion. If you want to eat at braums, go tothe one on pipeline rd. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. Read more

We've always loved and preferred Braum's as our ice cream stop. This location used to be decent but we were shocked on our most... recent visit to find it SO DIRTY! Every single table was dirty, on top and underneath. The trash can as over filled and trashfalling out. The condiment area was utterly disgusting with the ketchup dispensers half open and with ketchup all over them!There was an immense puddle of water right in front of the condiment area and all they did was place yellow caution signs. Atone point someone from the back of the kitchen came out to attempt to mop but only did a half job and never came back. It'spossible it wasn't his job, because all the other 'kid employees' were just standing around completely ignoring the diresituation. The one handling the drive-thru was busy enough. We asked if someone could please clean a table for us to sit on andthere was a silence and the girl that was fervently polishing the ice cream machine that didn't need cleaning then stepped up toclean our table. She left our table top pretty wet! I had to use paper towels to be able to sit there. The photos attached are'after' the cleanup attempt. We couldn't finish our ice cream or food just looking around in disgust and wondering what thecooking area looked like... It's evident that kids supervising kids is not effective. Maybe at one time this idea worked forBraum's but this location SCREAMS FOR HELP from someone who really understands management. We will never go to this locationagain. Read more

Extremely disappointed. The fries were crunchy,, and appeared to be refried , the burger was aweful. All the veggies were mushy,... like it was microwaved with the veggies on it.. I thought it strange to not have very many customers at the lunch hour. I thinkI got the leftovers. Read more

I went through the drive thru after my daughters practice one night. It was busy and there was just one lady working the drive... thru. SHE DID GREAT! Now it took a little while cause she was having to take orders payments and make the orders. There wassomeone else in the line who wasnt happy about waiting and She kept her cool told the lady the situation and asked for herorder. That's when I drove off but I was impressed. Great food for breakfast or lunch. A sausage biscuit or breakfast burrito ???? are fantastic ???? ???? Made hot and fresh very... quickly. We also love looking at all the things in the coolers an the ice cream ???? YUMMY, and all the other items to purchase.We love it! Read more

Real milkshakes made with real ice cream and milk :) offering several sugar free options too. The place is also a fast food and... a mini market, that also offers a good selection of ice creams - including the sugar free ones. Staff is very friendly too. Eatting local today. Great parking, lots of parking Social distancing tables for groups, all condiments pre rolled Everyone... wore a mask, some really cute ones too. Super clean restaurant, and everyone smiles and greets you in and out. I had thechili, which was fulfilling. One size for 2.99 and rocky road ice cream. Perfect.
