Retracking my initial feedback, as the restaurant is now accepting delivery and i want to post my recent sentiment about this... restaurant. Glorias has been around for decades, and they survive each and every economy crash bc their service and qualityremain awesome throughout the years. With covid and recent changes one of the things that caught my attention is their care forour food. They package it with care, to a point where it's difficult to open it bc of all the plastic they use to secure thefood and/or drinks. Hands down best margarita in Colleyville. Service was kinda slow and bar was alittle dirty but the bartender just seemed really... busy, he was trying to keep up and moving fast! Read more

This was the first time we had been there, and we will definitely be back. First, our server, Justin, was awesome! Secondly, the... house mojito was easily the best mojito I've ever had, totally delicious. Thirdly, the food was truly amazing! The chickenVerdes enchiladas were to die for. Very attentive wait staff, my glass was always full. Had the Red Snapper tacos, they were awesome! I had never had warm black... bean dip, it was great! The background music was a very nice touch. I am thrilled! Service, price, flavor, menu choices, all fantastic. Service was well above par. Flavors and quality of food... was very pleasing. We have found a place we will frequent often. Specialty drinks were great especially the skinny mojito. Nice wine selection. Presentation of food was great. Just a BIG WOW! Gloria's will be around a long time if they keep thisup. The manager Jesus and waitress Maria did outstanding service!! The table next to us dropped a knife on the floor. Jesus was fast... and kind to replace it with lightning speed. The ceviche was delicious as was the Pescado a la Gloria! The margaritas are wonderful as always. Highly recommend the mango... rita. The ribeye was slightly over cooked. It was well done instead of medium yet still tasty. The ratio of potatoes to greenbean could been better. They were served a heap of green beans with 3 fried potato sticks. The beans were also kinda too crunchyand oily to taste. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is so knowledgeable, efficient and kind. We dined for a birthdaycelebration and we were treated with a complimentary Flan that was so delicious. Read more
