I have never taken the time to write a bad review and I wish I would have gotten the name of the specific employee the issue was... with. Regardless?I clearly and concisely placed my order with the employee and upon seeing a different sub being made I askedabout it and the employee told that?s not what I said, slammed the meat slicer, and started to make another sandwich with halfof the amount of meat the first one had and then snapped at me asking what I wanted on it. I went out of the way to apologizefor the miscommunication to try and ease the tension and he snapped at me again. I asked for the managers number and both of theemployees working then refused to provide me with that and requested to take mine. Which I provided. We?ll see if my numbermakes it to the manager. Great sandwiches and even better staff. Ordered on the app and got a mixed up sandwich. Joshua called me after I left the store... and worked it out to correct the issue. Walked in today for quick bite. Store was very clean. Got the Philly Cheesesteak on white sandwich . It was delicious fresh,... hot and cheesy. Very very good and highly recommend it. Error on the order and rude. Ordered two turkey and one ham, got two ham and one turkey. This was a pickup order so when i got... to the store I called to tell them I was there. This guy said come into the store and I said, no, I want to meet you at thedoor, like your website said. The response was "whatever". I always like their sandwiches. Tonight I got there roast beef sandwich. It had plenty of meat and cheese. You can choose Mike's... way or however you want your sandwich finished. I'm a member of Mike's Club and my sandwich tonight was free. If you choose youcan have the sandwich waiting for you, but I've never chosen this route. So much better than Subway. Read more
