My family and I went to Luna Grill in Colleyville for the first time and we had such a fantastic time. The food was DELICIOUS,... the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the manager (Robert) was absolutely WONDERFUL. He was incredibly knowledgeable,answered all of our questions and helped us in deciding what we might like, he was accommodating, friendly and very attentive.We saw him taking orders, cleaning tables, running food, we even saw him run outside to give a purse to a customer who had leftit inside. He also noticed it was my birthday and went the extra mile to provide us with a very special and memorableexperience. We will definitely be going back. Great food and fantastic service. Read more

A friend of mine just introduced me to Luna Grill. It was absolutely delicious, I love the choices and the freshness/health... factor of the food there. The only thing that would make this a 5 star review is better customer service or more accuratelyjust customer engagement, the service was fine albeit slow but they were busy with takeout orders. We walked in and stood atthe register for an awkward 3 to 4 minutes, there were probably 6 employees up there, not one made eye contact, said hello orwe'll be right with you. I think they were hoping somebody else would take the order at front and if they didn't make eyecontact or say anything they wouldn't have to deal with it.
