My family and I went to Luna Grill in Colleyville for the first time and we had such a fantastic time. The food was DELICIOUS,... the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the manager (Robert) was absolutely WONDERFUL. He was incredibly knowledgeable,answered all of our questions and helped us in deciding what we might like, he was accommodating, friendly and very attentive.We saw him taking orders, cleaning tables, running food, we even saw him run outside to give a purse to a customer who had leftit inside. He also noticed it was my birthday and went the extra mile to provide us with a very special and memorableexperience. We will definitely be going back. Great food and fantastic service. Read more

A friend of mine just introduced me to Luna Grill. It was absolutely delicious, I love the choices and the freshness/health... factor of the food there. The only thing that would make this a 5 star review is better customer service or more accuratelyjust customer engagement, the service was fine albeit slow but they were busy with takeout orders. We walked in and stood atthe register for an awkward 3 to 4 minutes, there were probably 6 employees up there, not one made eye contact, said hello orwe'll be right with you. I think they were hoping somebody else would take the order at front and if they didn't make eyecontact or say anything they wouldn't have to deal with it. Have ordered apple walnut salads with chicken kabob for curbside pickup frequently over the past few years. Food has always... been delicious, chicken tender and great pomegranate dressing. Initially however the chicken was separated from salad andapples on its own tray in the package to keep the lettuce and apple slices from browning/wilting from the warm chicken and it?sjuices from soaking the lettuce and pita bread. Now the separate tray is no longer used as the chicken is placed directly onthe lettuce next to the pita bread. Suspect was done for cost reduction or a supply.chain problem. Would be nice to return tothe original food packaging to improve the taste and freshness of the food. Read more
We came here on a Wed. night mainly because we were turned away by another restaurant nearby. We are so glad we came. The place... was clean and inviting. The young lady who took our order was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Gyro Pita with Tahinisauce and House Salad, Chicken Kabob Plate, and kids Cheeseburgers. I enjoyed the gyro, but should have picked a different saucefor my taste. Everything else was pretty good. Reasonable prices. Read more
