I know the pictures aren't the best, but we love Rio Mambo! We go for brunch on the weekend or for dinner. The Chile relleno... with brisket is great! They will sub veggies instead of rice and beans on the side -also great! I usually get the caceroles withbrisket and no tortillas for brunch. We just happened upon this place because the restaurant we were going to next door was closed door to kitchen maintenance. BEST... happenstance ever! Alberto was our waiter. He was super helpful, kind, and wonderful. The ambiance was great. The food wasabsolutely magnificent. My husband is not a lover of Mexican food so it takes a lot to impress him. He was blown away.
