We went into get a to go order and first the bartender did even let us order drinks to drink whole we waited. Then when we got... home with our food they forgot my salad dressing and all the stuff to go with my daughters fries. We paid extra for things andin the end for what we got it was way over priced. I would not recommend this place to anyone and that is sad since the menu hasso much potential. Read more
There’s really good positives and really bad negatives with this place. Positives: Fried pickle & mushroom appetizers were... great. The Dr Pepper BBQ Bacon Burger was fantastic, The Classic burger was tasty; Negatives: The Margaritas (i had 2 different)were horrendous, I had to return the 2nd one. The fried chicken strips was over cooked. A couple of the backup servers came offa bit rude, our server (redhead) was very kind and considerate. Will probably not ever choose to eat here again. If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would. This was the second time I’ve been there and it was just a complete hassle.... Expect to be waiting 30+ minutes for everything as well as completely inaccurate orders. I’m definitely going to drive theextra distance for better Snuffers restaurants in other locations. Read more
Food was great but as our server brought two glasses of water to our table for some she didn't ask any of the others if we... needed a refill and there was several empty glasses then the manager came by and asked if we needed anything I told him about myrefill which I never got then she came by later and I mentioned that to her and she talked about how busy she was but neveractually offered to get me a drink even at that time... here's a picture of our table as it sat for most of our dinner with allempty glasses Read more
Worst service ever! Placed online order-went in to pickup since no one answered for the curbside. Finally saw a server named... Ivy- she was so incredibly rude and basically dismissed me and said it was not her job. The bartender was very nice and finallypointed to where my order should be. I will never go back - the Southlake location is so much better. Read more
Ordered the new BLT salad today. This is what I got. A little chopped romaine, some bacon bits, some diced tomatoes, and a LOT... of bread crumbs. I mean A LOT and they taste horrible. It was supposed to also come with iceberg lettuce, which was notincluded. To top it off, this is a dinner salad and it was barely more than a side salad. Just over 2 cups and for $10. Read more
The food quality at Snuffer's has noticeably waned over the years, although the burgers have remained pretty good ... We sat in... the bar to avoid a wait and paid the price in slow service time and limited quality service ... And the atmosphere is quiteaverage, notwithstanding an indoor-outdoor bar which can be fun a limited portion of the year in Texas. The old 'green' mareaint what she used to be ... and -- sadly -- neither is Snuffer's. Read more
