The service was awful till I got the managers attention. My mom and I stopped to buy two small drinks that totaled to about $12, everyone was nice but when we got to the register the... girl at the window stuck out the device for us to pay without telling us anything, my mom proceeded to pay and was shocked whenthe total was almost $20, we realized that the tip was added automatically, the girl realized it was an accident and instead ofletting us now, tried to play it off as if nothing happened saying ?it?s okay, don?t worry about it!? We usually leave tips, butfor it to be automatically added, and then the employee realizing what happened seems kind of messed up. Read more
