My mom and I stopped to buy two small drinks that totaled to about $12, everyone was nice but when we got to the register the... girl at the window stuck out the device for us to pay without telling us anything, my mom proceeded to pay and was shocked whenthe total was almost $20, we realized that the tip was added automatically, the girl realized it was an accident and instead ofletting us now, tried to play it off as if nothing happened saying ?it?s okay, don?t worry about it!? We usually leave tips, butfor it to be automatically added, and then the employee realizing what happened seems kind of messed up. Read more

The service was awful till I got the managers attention. She made up for it being sweet but it was nothing but kids working... there.They ignored my existence for 15 min.Poor manager deserves a raise ???? she's basically babysitting people's bad childrenwho want paid with no effort or skill set then whine how life's not fair and 15.00 should be minimum wage. Amazing the remodeling has made this location very easy to navigate especially if you mobile order

This location is a complete hit or miss; there is very little consistency. They are either fantastic (fast service and perfect... orders) or completely terrible (drinks made completely wrong or sloppily, very slow service, items missing from orders). I haveplaced mobile orders and had them ready within minutes despite being fairly busy, and I?ve placed mobile orders and had them notbe ready for over 15 minutes despite there being very few customers. I have been here every day of the week in the mornings, andby far the absolute worst day to go is Sunday. The worst experience I?ve ever had was when I placed a mobile order about 12minutes before I arrived at like 6:15 am (about 2-4 minutes after my expected pick up) and my order was not ready. Normally Iwouldn?t be upset, especially if they were busy. But when I arrived there were no other customers inside and no one in the drivethru lane. Even so, not a single employee was behind the counter. There were 2 employees standing next to the food display caseand 1 sitting down at a table in the lobby. Once I walked in and stood by mobile pickup, that was when they finally realizedthey had an order. Despite mine being the only order, they still managed to not make my drink properly; it was so bad I couldbarely drink it but I didn?t have time to go back to ask them to remake it. I worked at Starbucks for a little bit a whileback, so I understand that there is always some degree of inconsistency, but customers shouldn?t have to order plain iced chaisin order to know that their drink is going to be made correctly. And I know the employees won?t care about this (who can blamethem, they?re all underpaid), but I?m just about ready to not come back to this location. Read more
