Tuna tataki, oyster tempura, Memphis, Collierville and Germantown roll. Not bad.

Presentation was incredible. Their waiters are doing a fine job. Serving size was reflecting of their prices. Side note: this... is the ONLY place in Memphis I have seen with Mackerel Nigiri in months. To top it off they made it really large andfantastically made. Nice little place in Collierville I never knew existed. Food was great and I thought the prices were pricey but the amount of... food received made it reasonable I believe. The ratio of rice to fish was also very surprising good! The only one complaint Ihad was when I was eating a soft shell crab roll I got a mouthful of Wasabi.
