Longhorns is a great steak restaurant. It seems to almost always be packed. Today we timed it just right to not have to wait... an extended time to get seated. We were there about 2:15. I could tell they had been very busy with the Saturday lunch crowd. By time we were seated, ordered and had our drinks, the place looked great again. Little pricey but food was awesome. Wife hada huge steak burger and I had chopped steak. Both were delicious Had a good server. He kept checking on us and refilling ourdrinks. They have a new way to pay. On your ticket is a QR code that you can scan and pay with your phone. I loved this. Itwas so fast and simple. No getting your bill and waiting a LONG time for server to come back to pick up your card then goneagain for another long time to return your card. Read more

We stopped in tonight and we had the best service from this guy named Parker. This guy is top notch and exceeded our... expectations. He made sure that we had refills, he got all of our orders correct and he kept us posted on when our food wascoming out. We a had a party of 11 and he handled it like a real professional. This guy enjoys what he does and you can tell. It was our granny's birthday and he helped us celebrate in a big way! I don't normally give 5 stars but this guy deserves it.The food was oh so good! The strawberry pecan salad was delicious. The salmon was moist and full of flavor! I had secondthoughts about going out to eat but I'm glad I did. This place is still delivering top notch service. The triple chocolate cheesecake was fantastic. Nothing else was good - the toilets were dirty and totally slippery. The server... was super slow and absolutely rude. The ambience was not very great. The rice pilaf was a soggy sticky puddle. No veggiesoptions. High calorie meal. Read more

Service was excellent! Our food was amazing. My husband likes his steak med rare and he said it was perfect. I had my usual... parmesan crusted chicken and it was delicious! The only drawback for me was I tried the roasted corn on the cob and it wasserved with the shuck partially still on. The shuck had crumbled all over my plate and other food and was difficult to remove.Even though it tasted good I would not order again because of the shuck. Read more

We had a party of 9 so we called ahead, this store only allows 30 minute call heads so we did that to ensure there wasn?t a... giant wait. When we arrived at the store we were told that they?re waiting on people to leave and it would be 25 more minutes.So we waited. After an hour passing we asked them when we were going to be seated because all of the time we wasted. Finally wewere seated, but separately. Our party waited another hour before getting drinks. Watched multiple people who arrived after ourparty get drinks, bread, and food and leave before we even got a drink, to get our drinks we had to get up and ask if anyone wasever going to bring our drinks. We got our drinks and our food arrived about 15 minutes later. We received 2 steaks that wereheavily charred on one side and one steak that was suppose to be medium and ended up being a over well done steak that?s burnt.I would recommend eating at this establishment if you enjoy long waits, poor service and overcooked food.
