I come to this Starbucks a lot due to it being so close to where I work. The service is great and the employees are very nice,... but this does not excuse how my last 2 drinks have been. I went yesterday to pick up an iced brown sugar oat milk shakenespresso, what I normally get, and it looked like all milk with a drop of espresso?? And when I tasted it that just confirmedthat is in fact what it was. This morning I thought I?d give them another shot, the line wasn?t long at all and there was barelyanyone inside. I ordered a tall PSL and they gave it to me 3/4 of the way full ????. When I pay $6-$8 for a singular drink Ishould at least be able to get the full amount of whatever size I get!! C?mon Starbucks Collierville!! Do better!! Read more

Overall the service at this Starbucks is okay, though the inside does wait a bit longer than drive thru. The layout of the... tables and outlets is honestly my least favorite part of this place, as there seems to be no place I can sit and work on mylaptop where there won't be someone that comes behind me and can just look at what I'm doing over my shoulder. I can't quite fitbetween the tables and the bench at the back wall, so I'm sort of forced to sit at one of the big long tables. Mostly just aminor nitpick although it does kind of ruin my experience and the thought of someone watching me write or work makes me anxious. Read more

I love this Starbucks. Most of the time the drive thru is pretty quick on the orders and the people working there are always... friendly. The only bad thing is you have to hook a tough corner to get to the window. Read more

I?ve given this Starbucks numerous chances but everything here is just horrible For one, my drinks are always watered down. I... hate paying $6 for something that tastes unpleasant. Also, on multiple occasions, I?ll mobile order food and they?ll be out ofit, so they?ll give me whatever they have. I got a cake pop the other day instead of my muffin. On another note, I understandcompletely that staffing is a huge issue everywhere and definitely in this store specifically, but I watched multiple people theother day ?check? on their drinks because they had been waiting for 25 minutes and the workers (young females) were so snarky. Ican?t tell you the amount of times someone has stolen my drink off of the mobile order stand, so I completely understand justchecking in. There is NO NEED to be rude to customers who are being polite & patient. Sometimes I go through the drive thru if Ihave time, but I do not understand the logic of making someone?s order when they get to the window. Again, I get the staffingissues for sure, but there has to be a better system. I waited 40 minutes the other day with 5 cars in front of me. This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. They seem to punish you for coming into the store rather than... driving through the drive-through. I stood in the lobby waiting for 15 minutes for 2 nitro cold brews. After 10 minutes Iinquired about my order and was informed it was in a disorganized pile where I had watched multiple drive through ordersprioritized over mine. Conveniently if you knew the employees by name, you got your drink exponentially faster. If there wereany other Starbucks in the area with a working nitro machine, this store would not receive my business. Read more

The last 2 times I've been here have been less than stellar. I did not even get an order this last time because they told me at... the counter it would be 45 minutes after I stood at the register anticipating for 5-10 minutes with money in hand. There were 4or 5 people working. There were only 2 people working the time before and it took 30 minutes for a cold brew which was enoughtime to run to the mattress store next door and catch a quick nappy. I understand there is a staffing problem, but maybe youshould shut off online orders or close the drive thru if you can't handle the "in person" guests who are in your store staringyou down with caffeine depraved souls. This store always appears as if raccoons consumed all the coffee and then ransacked thejoint. The supplies / truck order is always on the floor upfront in the lobby as if theyre about to hold one of thoseprofessional games of tag that ive seen on espn8 "#theocho" , seriously a hazard though.
