The customer service is really bad, I don?t know what gets into the employers. The food rarely taste as good as you would expect... your regular Taco Bell. My order always has a power menu bowl, but it?s never filled completely. Either some things would bemissing or what really gets to me is the barely half filled bowl, which is the most frustrating part and led me to write areview. This location has officially destroyed my unshakable love for Taco Bell. Read more

I could bring up some instances from the past but I'll focus on the most recent. I went through drive thru and ordered the... grilled cheese burrito deluxe box. The person took the order right but that was about it. I asked for fire sauce and a plethoraof sauce was present except for fire sauce. The burrito was made almost correctly. They did not use the parchment paper in theheating process and all of the cheese stuck to the foil paper leaving behind a royal mess. The Locos taco was dripping wet andwas mush by the time I got to it. The nacho chips tasted extremely stale and the chalupa was a quarter teaspoon of meat with 5Oz of sour cream. The drink machine also needs to be recalibrated as the drink had way too much syrup. But I can at least saythey actually took my order and gave me the reminder of food. My stern advice is NEVER go here right after church, otherwise youcould fall prey to some of the other lovely reviews... Read more
I love Taco Bell. The food here is great, but the drive thru line is always terribly long at this location, and it takes a very... long time to get through it. This last time I just ordered, I ordered on the app, and it gave me the option to pick my food upinside. However, when I got to the restaurant, the door was locked, and I ended up having to wait in the drive thru line. Don'tsay I can pick my food up inside if you're going to keep the door locked. This was a quick stop. Daughter called on way home and wanted Taco Bell. Ran through the drive thru to get a few tacos for... her. Line was short, which is unusual when I am going by on the way home, they usually have a line. They were speedy today. Pleasant experience. Read more
They really needs to teach their employees to have some type of customer service etiquette. This is after staying in this long... line for about 30 minutes. I see why people go to Chick-fil-A. It never hurts to speak or have a friendly face. Read more
We just went through the drive through and only being four cars back, it took thirty minutes to get our food. Our food was... horrible. I have never had Taco Bell meat taste different than any other time, but tonight it was awful. I?m not sure if it wasunder cooked or what. Anyway, that was our last visit! Read more
