This location used to be great years ago but it is terrible now. Rude staff, long wait, cold or overcooked food. The building is... seriously in disrepair and the inside always dirty and smells horrible (imagine what the kitchenlooks like). I really likeWendy's and it used to be the best place in Collierville to get a quick delicious burger but at this point it is an eye sore.I'm not going back until things change. The staff here have always been great. I go pretty regularly when it's in the budget, and they're always very friendly and... helpful when I have question and transparent if there's ever a problem. Also incredibly accommodating, and one of the fasterdrive-thrus I've ordered from. Read more
Threw my order away as soon as I ordered it. Food was old and cold. Fries looked burnt. Overheard employees cursing and I had my... 2 small children with me as well. So disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. I hope they shutdown completely. Read more
Disappointed in the service but mostly the food at this location. The food that I remember Wendy's serving was flavorful and... juicy, while my meal was bland and tasteless. The dining room needed to be cleaned and the floor had a large puddle that wasleft unattended, until it was brought to the attention of an employee. She then had another employee go and put out wet floorsigns rather than cleaning/mopping up the large puddle while the restaurant was not busy... They were also "out"/sold out ofmultiple menu items and needed to refill their condiment and drink station. I know it's just one of the many Wendy's locationsin existence, but I'd hope the workers will take more pride in the place that they work and how it's presented. Read more
Always a long line in drive through around meal time. Food is fine but I don?t know why it takes so long to place an order in... the drive through. Spicy chicken wasn?t spicy at all. Enjoyed the baconator. Frosty machine always seems broken. Napkinswere the hand towels used in the bathroom last time we went. Not sure what happened. Love the baconator. Have had 3 in thelast 2 days. But they?re really short staffed at this location. Do not make the mistake of going inside and ordering if thedrive thru line is long. I repeat do NOT go inside and order thinking you?ll save time. Even though the line is out to theroad (which it typically is during lunch and dinner), it will be much, much quicker going through the drive through. There?sonly 1 guy working the counter and the drive-thru is their priority. They?ll take one order inside and then go help deliverabout 4 orders in the drive thru. Then he?ll come back and deliver 1 order inside at the pick up counter. And then do somemore drive thru orders. And then come back and take another order inside. And then the cycle repeats. Customers inside weregetting curious. I honestly thought a fight could erupt as the guy behind me kept telling the manager to get back to thecounter and take orders for the inside customers which he refused to do. The one advantage of going inside of you're free ontime and like to drink sodas is the refillable coke machine. I feel sorry for the guys working because they?re busting theirbehinds working. I only left a one star review because Google won't let you leave a zero. This morning we received chicken that was pink raw.... Looked like a raw piece of chicken was cooked for 15 seconds a side. Completely unacceptable. I am seriously concerned thatsomeone in my family could get sick after eating a few bites before we became aware. We will never be returning and I plan oncontacting area and national management about this, along with the local health department. Read more
Me and my mother were waiting in line for a good few minutes,with no prompt to wait to order. We finally ask "hello?" Confused... to why noone had answered. Our response we got back was "No need for me to take your order, you'll still be sitting in line forhours,so wait" we were shocked and surprised by this response. And when we drove away,we were more surprised to find noone wasInfront of us. This response to customers was quite rude and I hope the employee who gave such an response gets heldresponsible.
