I like this Zaxby?s location. The team had always been nice. Fast on the preparation and food hot. We almost always eat in.... Restaurant is clean. We are usually persons of habit. We get the Big Snack Meals. You get tenders, fries, toast, and drink forless than $10. Read more

I doordash from here often, and occasionaly get myself something. They are always on time or early with the orders. They are... polite, professional, and courteous. They have everything ready, including drinks and straws in the bag. In general, Zaxby'sstrips could be a bit larger, imo, but this location is on point. Read more

Would give negative stars if it was an option because this was the worse service. Now you're being overcharged for the extra... condiments that where free; there was only one ranch and one packet of ketchup in a combo with extra fries. The order was takenwrong, they tried to make me wait without verifying if the order was done. The chicken was small and dry. Horrible customer service. Took the wrong order at the drive through, then gave me the wrong order with bacon. I was almost home... with my food when I realized that there?s bacon on my salad & it was a whole completely different salad. They fixed my salad butwouldn?t change a simple thing on my salad that they got wrong at the drive through. Along with that the employee completelydisregarded my concern.
