Excellent Experience! TREATED WITH RESPECT IT WAS A WONDERFUL TIME @ THE COLLINGDALE STORE! Every Everybody wore gloves hair... nets mask the place was clean I even use the restroom the restroom was clean there wasn't even no hair nothing in the sink thesink was even clean so I would recommend highly recommend to anybody that lives in Collingdale use this Dunkin' Donutsspecifically it's the staff was overall excellent experience go check them out and Collingdale Pennsylvania Dunkin' Donuts topfive Delco! I went into this store to buy donuts. I stood at the counter and waited for someone to assist me. Someone came out from behind... the counter and sat down with a drink, presumably on her break. There were 3 others behind the counter, but they were too busytalking with each other. After waiting 3 or 4 minutes, I left and went to another store. Everyone in this store that morning (Sunday, Sept. 25th), especially the very talkative manager, needs to be retrained. Read more
I refuse to give this place my money given the way they continuously mistreat their customers. This morning the young lady... manning the drive through was despicable to my husband when he asked for a moment to review the menu (he was getting a box ofdonuts for work). She said "oh my gooood" loudly into the microphone. My husband responds saying "that seems like alot for 7am,you just opened." She responded, "dont talk to me like that!" I demanded we leave because I dont play about food handlers withnasty attitudes. And I wont support a food service business that doesnt appreciate the logic behind not letting disgruntledpeople handle my food and drink. This location is horrible and wildly unreliable. They open and close whenever they choose, regardless of their displayed... schedule. I've ordered on the app, while on my way to work numerous times, to find the building empty and doors locked. It's theworse Dunkin I've ever been to Read more
Ordered 2 Bacon, Egg, and cheese and a donut with a coffee. They gave me 4 bacon, eggs, and cheese and a coffee that was filled... with majority whipped cream(refer to picture). Never eating here again. Read more
A decent Dunkin with a convenient drive-thru. It is not a standard built Dunkin so it has an more unique individual feel. There... is not a lot of seating on the inside but they have a nice corner table with two large windows to look out of. There iscurrently no outside seating. Terrible service. This is the third time I was disrespected for their mistake. The lady at the drive thru gave me half of my... order and then accused me of holding up the line. Then when I told her she gave me the wrong stuff without telling me they ranout of what I asked for. The drive thru workers are always nasty.
