Amazing hot donuts! First time trying the hot donuts and was not disappointed. I went into the store and placed my order for 6... hot glazed and they came to my table in about 5 mins and of course I ate them all within a few minutes lol Will def be back toeat in the store as opposed to drive thru or online ordering. They have the hot donut sign on all day... in Georgia the sign is only lit when the donuts are coming out fresh. So of course I... was disappointed when I found out that you have to request for them to be hot so that they can heat them up... of course I did -definitely not the same experience. Read more
Beware they sell old donuts. If you order the warm glazed donuts they will put them on a belt and warm them up. However, once... you get them home if you don't eat them right away. They are hard as a rock. Fresh donuts are soft and since they no longer sellfresh donuts since the light is technically always on now. Before if you went when the light was on the donuts were hot, freshand delicious. Now they just take the donuts and put them on a warming belt. I honestly don't understand why or how leaving thedonuts out on trays and for display is sanitary. The drive through window is open for orders and flies come in and no one wearsgloves. I ordered some glazed donuts pretty late at night. Yet they were delicious and definitely better than the over sugared donuts of... Dunkin Donuts. The texture was soft and full of flavor. I will return! Read more
I ordered yesterday by online and just picked up a dozen of glaze donuts at 6:15am. But all donuts were not today's new ones.... Not soft and fresh at all... Probably they gave me yesterday's leftover donuts. How can they sell outdated donuts? This is thefirst time to experience this horrible taste of donut. So disappointed. Read more
Place was clean. Coffee was very heavy on the cream. Two stars for the service. It was only two women working there when we went... and they were very slow. It took around 10 minutes to order with only two people in front of us. They did not have many donutsleft and the donuts they did have tasted a few hours old. I love Krispy Kreme donuts so I will definitely be returning, justdisappointed in the service. Read more
