I clearly understand why this particular McDonald's has bad reviews. The girl that was working the Drive-through around 5:45p.m... on December 2, 2022 was very Ignorant, unprofessional and disrespectful! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager thentried to cover up the girl's ignorance. Customer service is not like it used to be! They should take some Customer servicelessons from Chick-fil-A! Update: The service was faster, but the food came out cold. Took forever to have my order taken. Then, made it to the window,... have card, and the woman there walked off. Sat there for over five minutes without receiving my card back, or the food. Manyworkers hanging out in the front talking about coffee, with no one helping.
