I clearly understand why this particular McDonald's has bad reviews. The girl that was working the Drive-through around 5:45p.m... on December 2, 2022 was very Ignorant, unprofessional and disrespectful! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager thentried to cover up the girl's ignorance. Customer service is not like it used to be! They should take some Customer servicelessons from Chick-fil-A! Not 24 hr. Or maybe they ignore drive thru. I rarely get a response when I try to visit this place at night after my shifts done... and just gave up going here because of it. Read more
I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes..When I went to order..I was told,they only accepting Uber and door dash... orders..Waisted 15 minutes of my lunch break...Can you guys please update your website and put up sign ..Letting customers knowthat after certain hours we only serve Uber and door dash..On 11/19/22 at 10:30 pm i was denied service..IM HIGHLY UPSET Read more
Update: The service was faster, but the food came out cold. Took forever to have my order taken. Then, made it to the window,... have card, and the woman there walked off. Sat there for over five minutes without receiving my card back, or the food. Manyworkers hanging out in the front talking about coffee, with no one helping. I could see my order sitting on the counter by thewindow. Read more

Very clean and fresh looking McDonalds! I don't go here often, but I still have a soft spot for breakfast here. I went for... breakfast as I was picking up my vehicle. It was delicious. I'm from Philly and normally steak, egg, and cheese bagels aren'tavailable ???? but to my surprise, they were available here. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with two coffeesand some hot cakes. Everything was fresh and good. Even the employees were very friendly and, to me, that says a lot aboutworkplace environment and culture because this is truly not the case at all establishments like this. Read more

They shouldnt have a 24 hr drive thru if everytime ive been there at nite theres an issue... They told me only serving door dash... and uber.... What kinda lazy stuff is that.... Please avoid urself the heachache... The owners should just save the money Read more
