This was our 3rd time at 1812 and it keeps getting better. The menu is expansive and everything we have tried has been very... good. Service was fun the server had a great sense of humour and was very attentive. We have dined all over in Collingwood andif you want a good roadhouse style atmosphere this is the best in town. We use to go to this place few years ago, was pretty decent. We revisited after few years and they must have changed owners,... menu was different never use to be such a big selection which in my opinion is a bad thing, because big selection usually means poor quality......\nThat being said.... is pretty much what we got.\nWe ordered butter pasta for the kids and it camewithout butter LMAO\nIt has 2 ingredients ! how can you forget one of them?????? Burger looked like the Costco burgers 100% nodoubt. Even though they advertise it as locally sourced ???? I guess they meant the local grocery store . Ceasars salad was pretty good but sliders were lousey. Tasted like the were under a hot lamp for a couple hours.
