Update: just sharing my experience, I don?t mind waiting for food but the food experience that night does not worth the... time. Yes I expect it comes with lemon flavor, but I don?t like the fact that it only has lemon flavor and no taste of meat. SoI simply don?t like it. Maybe others will so I just want to make sure people don?t have wrong expectations like me. Andunfortunately the linguine comes with sand and rock? ?????????????????????? Service is 4 star. Reduce 1 star because of foodwait time, which was expected before I go because it?s a small restaurant according to their reply. Their kitchen probablycouldn?t handle that much order at same time. Food is only 3 star, which is unexpected for a 4.6 star restaurant I picked.Appetizer and drink is great, but when entries served the experience starts to go down. The veal seasoning is weird. Some spice(or lemon) makes it very sour so I couldn?t taste any other flavor. The seafood linguini flavor is decent, however they didn?tclean mussel/clam properly so it contains sands/rocks, which is a big thing for this dish. Read more

truly italian experience in collingwood ontario. please support this local family owned restaurant. a hidden gem!! old house... tight space crowded seatings just same and common in italy. good wine and cocktail list. the portion and value of dishes rimpressive. we had carpaccio and house salad!both r impressively well balance; light on balsamic dressing. and low on sodiumseasoning. they served complimentary dish to you too; that was amazing; not telling you here (i attached the photo) u shouldexplore yourself. it?s real italian way to impress you in beginning. in mains, the seafood pasta is a great value compare toGTA. the pasta and the tomato sauce are real deals. al donte and sure they use the clam juice combining w the tomato sauce, soflavorful and sweet. other main dish was a surprise. the mushroom and truffle ravioli, it?s a must try; the mushroom andtruffle were so well balance that they did not overwhelm each other: the mushroom sauce not heavy at all not like cityrestaurant w tones of butter in it. again low sodium. i don?t feel thirsty at all and i can taste the ingredients natural favor.the seafood r bit over cooked. dessert! the tiramisu ?was their signature: yeah and yup they use a nice almond liquor to layerthe lady fingers: heavy on the liquor however, no alcoholic bitterness at all. the raspberry chocolate was average but again nottoo sweet and in good value, in general 5 stars quality; full of surprise. if they open in GTA; cannot imagine the line ups.cheers!! Added 1???? for pandemic Service not bad overall. Just a bit of resistance into splitting the bills into 2 parties. We were a... large table. Food was ok overall, besides that my wife chewed on plastic pieces in her seafood pasta. We didn't mention it asthey seemed busy. Our grounp agreed that some of the dishes like the sea bass and seafood pasta tasted bland, lacked flavor. Notto the point that it's a bad dish. A nice platter bruschetta(please pronounce brusKetta), cheese, olive and cold cut came ascomplementary as surprise. The seabass, although came in a smaller than expected plate, had much more oz of meat than Iexpected. Too bad there isn't a kids menu, despite they can "customize" something for them but would still come at a decentcost. They do have a treasure chest for kids to grab some treasures home at the end, which is a happy ending... There arecandies inside the bathrooms. Very nice gesture, although quite nasty if you think about it, glad my older kid stopped myyounger one from taking the washroom ????. The vibe is nicely Italian and cozy, dishes mostly felt authentic Italian, besidesthe Alfredo penne that was quite American and too cheesy. It was extremely slow. It was however a Tuesday night, wheretypically the top chefs should be off. It's a place I'd suggest to visit if you happen to be at blue mountains. Read more

What a gem. Amazing good and old-school Italian charm. Our waiter was the owner (who is Italian) and his father and grandfather... were both working in the kitchen. The food was off the charts and the place has a warmth to it you just can?t get with newrestaurant that focus so much on the look versus the feel. The previous restaurant we were at the week before was harbor sixtyin Toronto and if you asked me which one I would go back to first?. this place would win. You will love it there. Great placefor a date or anniversary too. Well done! Read more

What an amazing experience! While working in town we decided to give it a try. The restaurant didn't disappoint. A small place,... but cozy, we were given a table although we didn't have a reservation. Food was delicious and presentation was impeccable. Theravioli filled with mushrooms and porcine truffle sauce was fenomenal. Will be back for sure! Read more
