The service at this location has always been fantastic. The food has always been good and I think we?ve only received a (very... minimally) wrong order once or twice out of all the times I?ve eaten at this restaurant. The staff have never been rude, orunprofessional. In particular, the young woman who took our order tonight around 5pm (I didn?t catch her name, unfortunately,but she had red hair and was wearing a black mask) was amazingly polite, and efficient. Additionally, I watched her handle aninteraction with an irate customer with grace and professionalism when many would have pushed to defensiveness and angerthemselves (rightfully so, the angry drive thru customer was absolutely terrible to the staff). I appreciate the hard work fromtonight?s staff and I hope the rest of their night got better. And I hope that terrible customer feels awful about how shetreated them. Read more
Foods always good, hot, fresh, good selection of menu options and really good selection of toppings. Got a crispy chicken burger... and a poutine, poutine was great with lots of cheese and gravy. Given with how rude some of the other customers were to staff Iwas appalled seeing people treat service workers so poorly. Having said that the staff handled it in a professional mannerdespite being treated terribly. I hope in the future the rude people stay home instead. Read more
Pulled in and ordered - no line up !! Pulled up to pick up and waited long enough that my foot got tired on the brake and I had... to put the car in park. Didn?t really mind though because I thought at least I know they are preparing it now and it will behot. I live a 3 minute drive away. I went straight home. To say my food was even warm would be an exaggeration. 4 pm on a Sundayso not busy but probably a difficult time period to staff ? Seemed to be several workers on duty.It is a pretty good veggieburger though but doesn?t microwave all that well Read more
Food was good. Service was poor. Although we were the only people in line, we were treated as if our presence was quite... inconvenient. Recognizing the drive through might be the cause of their stress, we were fine to wait but when waited upon, theycertainly weren't happy or friendly to us. Read more
I enjoy the ability to load up my hamburger however I wanted? The fries need a little salt but other than that I was pleased... with my drive-through experience the girls at the window were very friendly and appreciated me saying take your time enough tothank me. I would return here Read more
Waited for our food about 35-40 minutes with one person head of us!!! Than only to find out our order was messed up!!! Couldn?t... go through drive through they told us to come in store very disappointed in service!! Garbage all over tables no clean seating!!By the time we got our food it was cold!!! People we?re getting refunded and walking out!!! No customer service what so ever!!!Have no clue where the management is for this location but there was two young people working one cooking and one on thefront!!! I hope that head office will see this?? Awful service, bathrooms and tables where dirty. We ordered the Swiss Chalet two... chicken double leg dinners wanted to dine in and it came in a takeout bag? So we sat there and tried to eat out of cardboard, oh and the potatoes where old looking and small. Before we sat down we had to wipe our own table from the bucket of water lefton the wast container. We thought it was nice to leave the table clean for the next person. Don't blame this on staff shortages.If you own the place then you need to come in and make sure it's looked after. Read more
