Average: 2 1)We waited over half an hour just for... our orders to be taken and it took another half an hour to be prepared. 2) I ordered Fettuccini Pomodoro which looked nice, buthad an unpleasant mild smell of uncooked tomato paste and too much cheese. I had to ask for salt and pepper to give it sometaste. But the worst part was that it was too greasy that I could feel its oil stuck to my throat. 3)When we were done, andasked for the bill, we saw an 18% gratuity added to our bill which was mandatory to pay, even when my friend asked if we couldnot pay it, our server gave us a look as if we have insulated her and didn't bother to explain with a smile (even though itwould still be unjustified). I'm not against tipping but I guess management's policy in adding an 18% gratuity (tip) to the billmight make some servers not even care about providing good customer service. I don't typically write reviews but I had to on this restaurant, it was one of the worst experiences I have had dining out. This... restaurant was such a disappointment. We went with a party of 12 people, including 2 babies. They sat us outside which was greatbut after we ordered, the food didn't arrive so we started asking why. The staff was very rude and after 2 hours brought 4dishes - 2 pizzas for the kids which was basically a frozen pizza heated up and 2 very charred burgers that were inedible. Iguess it took 2 hours to burn our burgers. I have never seen such bad service before and the quality of the food was reallybad. Save your money and don't waste the trip to this restaurant. Like many I was attracted to the outdoor patio and decided to check it out. It's a fairly large restaurant indoor and out. It... was also busy, full of bachelor and bachelorette parties so yes it did get very loud at items but the restaurant cannot beblamed for it. Calamari: delicious, it comes with the sauce which was so tasty that we had to get some more. Butter chicken: Iwas well aware that this would not be authentic but I wanted to try it. The best way to explain it was this tasted more likechicken tikka masala than butter chicken but it was enjoyable The naan was warm. Avonlea fettuccine primavera: not myfavorite, we did add chicken to the pasta and they were generous with the portions but it just lacked flavor. Avoid! I?ve been here plenty of times over the years and these past two times? it?s gone downhill fast. CONS - Waited over an... hour for our food. The service was OK, the servers seemed generally annoyed and unorganized. We also got the wrong dessertbrought to our table after waiting ages for a piece of cake. We were in the area for a staycation, after a trip to the Scandinave Spa. A lot of restaurants in the area close early and when... we got out around 8, we were looking for something that was still open. We decided to venture to Blue Mountain Village, sinceKaytoo was an option that opened later (I think it becomes some sort of club after a certain time). We had gotten seated, stillbefore the late night menu was implemented so let me tell you what's up. We both ordered drinks to start, for $14 each aspictured. Was taken back by how empty the keto drink was. The Caesar was fine, but I didn't see any difference between thismaple bacon Caesar and any other regular Caesar. To start, we had the mozzarella sticks and French onion soup. The soup wasfine, but the mozzarella sticks for $13, I expected them to be less frozen from a box type. My friend had the "jerk chicken",based off of a review that it was to die for but keeping in mind this place probably wouldn't be authentic jerk. It came with apineapple mango slaw, which was nice. But in terms of it being jerk chicken, it was more like slightly seasoned chicken. Verydisappointing, especially for $28 in which you get maybe 4oz of chicken and not much flavour. Overall, it was pretty bland andprobably shouldn't be advertised as jerk chicken. We agreed, probably also our mistake for having expectations for the jerkchicken here. I had the charcuterie board for another $28. Upon looking, it's cute. Right? Until I realized they literally justtook sliced cheddar and swiss and added that to the board. Now, there aren't many ways to mess up a charcuterie board but forthis price, there's a higher expectation than packaged slice cheese. They are pretty generous with everything else, but I thinkthe cheese is a pretty important aspect of a charcuterie board. The service was good, the hostess was so nice and our serverwas amazing. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, patio and atmosphere in general. Incredibly friendly service and wonderful food!... I had The Strip which is a 10 oz Alberta steak?never knew Alberta can top New York in steak! Thank you, I loved it! Mashedpotatoes were done perfectly (nice and creamy) and the veggies were done just right. My boyfriend had the Jerk Chicken and heloved it!
