I want to like Kelsey's but when the food is really disappointing, we're just not going to come back. Nachos over toasted... (darkened and almost burnt) and missing all the cheese (what happened?). Honey buns warm on the very top, cold in the middlewith cold unmelted cheese. And my chicken Parm with pasta yellowing from being under the heat lamp too long. It's like Kelsey'shas just given up. “A victim of its own success?” Would be the title of this review. We arrived there at around 6:15 PM. Now, don’t get me... wrong, the waitress was very pleasant and took our orders with extreme accuracy and efficiency. Ordered drinks, with water foreach, it arrived under 2 min. Ordered our meal with appetizer. Appetizers arrived in 2 min flat. We ate and as soon as that wasdone, our main course was dropped rapidly on pur table. I guess Kelsey’s is renowned for quick and friendly service. But not 2minutes after we were done the waitress gave the cheque to my date AND the debit machine! We were somewhat taken aback. “Wantanother drink” or “want coffee or dessert” were just not happening here. We looked at each other incredulously and feltlike we were being kicked out. So that’s it. Love this place. The upstairs outdoor patio with a view of blue mountain is so relaxing. The food was phenomenal. Prices are... great. We had a feast for two for less than what we paid for salads at another restaurant. This is our go to when inCollingwood. Read more

Had an incredible experience! The food was amazing, probably some of the best spinach dip I've had in a while. We also had the... messy fish sandwich, patty sandwich, and the shrimp bowl! All 3 were absolutely incredible. Very very yummy. The service wasgreat as well, I highly recommend everything about this Kelsey's. The only thing I would suggest would be wheelchair andstroller accessible. But if your just going with a stroller and can carry it up because it's so worth it! Read more

Food was pretty good with the exception of the poutine (gravy wasn't hot and the cheese curds were cold). I let the server know... and she immediately corrected the situation. Much better after. Read more
