Worked here for a brief period. Having prior experience with brutal labor work for 8 hours in hot humid conditions, I have to... say, this is the worst job experience I've ever had. Understaffed, overworked and underpaid. The kitchen must be violating somehealth code because for several months there was a horrific pungent sour rotten puddle of water and oil under all of the fryers,so bad that it actually turned concrete into soft mud. I don't know if they even fixed it yet! Why does your chicken tastehorrible? Manager Heidi (usually not in the store) insists that workers scrub the burnt dirt off the heating coils of the fryerbefore or after cooking the chicken. We're actually supposed to drain the oil before doing that, as it causes all of the nastyburnt excess to mix with the oil and food otherwise! Also, despite having dozens of gallons of oil, I have never seen a singlefryer get a new batch of oil. The oil is years old. It would literally save time, health, and make the food taste better if theywould allow the workers to drain the fryer, clean it, and fill it back up with fresh oil. They're so dirty, why keep puttingmore dirt into it and using the same dirty oil? Manager will be several hours late and complain about people being 30 minuteslate. Again, they're understaffed, and I have no idea why they are being so strict and ungrateful to the workers because it'sonly making things worse. Read more
The workers are not very organized. I witnessed one worker taking a break outside and the manager yelling at them. I am not sure... why, but the employees don't seem to have a good bond with each other. However, the cashier's behavior towards the customers wasexcellent. Which is why I give this KFC 3 stars. Overall not bad, but the employees need to build a better relationship witheach other. Read more
Food was hot and fast and staff was friendly. The bathroom cleanliness could really be improved but it's an older looking... location. Maybe a renovation is really what's needed. Read more
Chicken was over cooked and greasy. No condiments were given. My GF had to eat her salad with her fingers because no fork was... given. Cashier was a very nice and courteous server. Read more
Fries are soggy and not cooked enough, we had to put hem in the oven when we got home., gravy is cold and watered down even... though the store is not busy. Chicken looks like it flesh eating disease before it got served, lots of bone with out meat. Neverseems to be fresh food, always reheated. No flavor. We keep trying hoping for better service but over and over, quality is notgood. And keep drama between staff to when no one is in the store. I am not a fussy eater at all but just hope to get my moneysworth at every place I spend it at. Read more
The women behind the counter I guess she is the manager, she is extremely rude. Went there twice but she is just so loud and... ill-mannered. Their fries is disgusting. Chicken is soo salty and greasy. Unfortunately, there is just this kfc incollingwood. The management should change, and especially the lady who is usually behind the counter in daytime. Read more
Always great here. Service is top notch. Usually the same gal whenever I go in and she's straight forward, to the point and then... friendly. She's always lovely to my kids and super helpful and patient when we have questions or are squabbling over whateveryone needs/wants. They have always got my order right and everything is always in the bag when I get home. Read more
