The staff hero is extra nice! Also, who doesn't love funnel cakes? While I do miss getting hot dogs outside of Canadian tire,... Good afternoon! Yesterday I ordered 1/2 dozen funnel cakes for pick up. There was a bit of a mix up where one dozen were being... made for me. ???? As a business woman, I appreciate the delicate balance between keeping the customer happy and making surethe company's interests are equally taken care of. I am not sure if the woman I spoke with (I think, Kim was her name) was theowner, or management... both perhaps?! However, I was very pleased with how she handled it. She was appropriate, professional,kind and cautious to do right by both parties; and she did. The cakes were deliciously devoured and we look forward to when wecan enjoy them again! I got the strawberry and whip cream funnel cake with two Jamaican paddies. The only thing that had flavour on the funnel cake... was the strawberries. The whip cream was fake and tastless, the cake itself was okay. The paddies were inedible. Microwaved andlimp. Read more
