Vegan options were great! Just need to make the whole menu vegan. Need a Mexican lemonade or kombucha on the menu along with... desserts. Outdoor picnic table seating had umbrellas but they moved around in the breeze. One large tent may work better. Read more
This adorable little food truck has the best tacos and nachos. We got the brisket and the chicken tacos and a side of nachos.... Everything was fresh and delicious with generous portions. They have two shaded picnic tables or you can take your meal to thetables at sidelaunch. Such nice people too! Thank you Alicia (spelling?). Dog friendly too - treats and shade! Oh. My. GAWD! Amazing! How amazing? Lets just say I would make the 2.5 hour drive, each way, JUST to get tacos from Mamacita.... We had the Faux and the Rockfish, with sides of nachos. The flavour was incredible, portions fantastic, ambiance perfect, andthe service was stellar. If your ever in Collingwood and consider yourself a lover of taco's, this is a MUST stop! Read more

We ordered the bambino quesadilla, and all of the tacos - everything came to under $50. The tacos were very flavourful, and... great presentation. I didnt love the taco tortilla that much but it held up with the sauces and didnt disintegrate so I can seewhy the choice of tortilla. The bambino was a good size and flavourful as well. Live music playing nearby. 2 picnic tables forseating. Food was made quickly and staff were really friendly! Would definitely recommend and come again. Read more
Vegan cauliflower taco is the best I?ve ever had, vegan or otherwise, was recommended by a friend and is so excellent! Fresh,... high quality, interesting and loaded! You can tell they care and know what they are doing. The owners are also exceedingly kind;it was a nice hot sunny day and we were offered free water and even nachos for a short wait! Right in front of the Side LaunchBrewery with lots of seating, they happened to have live music when we visited. A fantastic experience, we will definitely bereturning! <3 Thanks again!! Read more
Love it! Tacos were super tasty, nachos were delicious, perfect blend of spicy and flavorful. Wish I could back every day! Goes... perfect with a flight of beer from Side Launch! Guests are welcome to take food over to the side launch beer garden toenjoy! Dog friendly environment. Read more
