Such a disgusting display of so-called customer service. I just had the nastiest interaction with an associate possibly even... manager named DAVE. I went through the drive-through and placed my order which was supposed to be credited because of a mistakethey made on a previous order (the associate apologized for the previous order and said my credit would be in ?the book?) When Icame through the drive-through today I placed my order and Dave met me at the window to tell me my name was not in the book.Another error on their part. He was so rude and confrontational he didn?t seek to understand he just wanted to argue. He was sounprofessional. I will never go to this location again. And I don?t recommend anyone does. Read more
NO HAIR NETS!! ????????. Went through the drive through. Not one staff member was wearing a hair net!! you may not be making... the food but you are serving it and touching it. Girl handing us our food and coffee had her ponytail touching the top of allour drinks and Sundays!!! Also, why is her hair hanging in a ponytail tail!?!? Safety hazard not just for food. But could getcaught in any of the machines with many moving parts!?!? Also, acrylic nails!?!? No food service etiquette. Where hasproper training gone?. This isn?t a fashion show, it?s a job. This is probably my only visit to this McDonald's location unless I'm in the area. Service was fine and the order was fine as... well. But the reason for the high rating was what happened during my visit. I saw assumed was the manager assisting acustomer, customer mentioned her order was not correct. Customer seemed displeased about the order not being correct, but whenI entered the premises, I noticed the customer ordering but felt she was a bit difficult to the staff taking the order, staffwas probably new as there was another staff member helping her enter the order into the system. Food is good but they almost always get my husband's food order wrong. It's not a hard order: cheeseburger with no onions or... mustard. Does not matter if drive thru or ordering inside. It's frustrating when you feel the need to always check before youleave. Otherwise, it's clean and staff are typically nice. Read more
So we went for late night snack(2am). There were 2 vehicles in front of us. Took us about 1/2 hour to get our food. I know its... hard to find people period, then try to get them to work graveyards(ish), but come on. This drive through ALWAYS takes forever. Read more
Grateful for the staff who helped clean the table that as they put it the homeless people sat in. They are people too and they... need drugs just as much as I do but I wasn't willing to take the ones they left on the bench, so I cleared them all away, and myfamily and I enjoyed happy meals. Food was as suspected but service was excellent. It was busy in the drive thru but they kept the line moving. One staff member... sounded like they were new but they did great and you can tell they were being coached and trained well. Read more
