Fantastic subs! I?m a vegetarian and I appreciate the different options available - I relied on their recommendation and had... the meat-free meatballs loaded with veggies on a wrap and it was DELICIOUS! Lovely people who are super friendly. And I lovesupporting long-time local small business owners. I?ll be back next time I need a fast to-go, yummy healthy sandwich. Read more
My dad and I occasionally drive from Owen Sound to Collingwood just to stop at this Mr. Sub. Not only are the subs phenomenal,... but the staff have always been exceptional. The owner and his son deliver some of the best customer service I?veexperienced. To make a long story short, I was holding my baby and while at the park my sub blew away and fell on the groundbefore I could eat it. I went back to buy another one and the owners son made me a new one on the house. I was more than willingto pay, but it certainly made my day. I can?t say I?ve ever had that happen before. I?m not quite sure where to begin... I love sandwiches, Subway, Mr. Sub, firehouse have never let me down in the past. Even more... than my mothers own cooking I love sandwiches. Today I went in and was not addressed whatsoever. The older person behind thecounter simply looked at me and waited for me to begin. I began my order feeling quite awkward but that?s okay because it?s allfor the sandwich. Throughout the entire process nothing was explained to me, I asked if I could have the bread toasted prior tothe vegetables and the worker stared at me for 10 entire seconds. The only reason she stopped staring was because I told her notto worry about it. After my sub was toasted I asked for extra sauce and was responded to with a look I can only describe as dumbfounded. The reaction made me feel as if I had asked for a food that doesn?t exist in an entirely different language. Finally Ipaid and left and the meat was cold although it was heated and was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. Read more
The most perfect sub iv ever had made. It wasn't sloppy at all. Nothing hanging over the ends or falling out.. our subs... literally looked the the picture. Couldn't ask for better quality. The store owner an staff take great pride in their store, ansandwich. This location is the best iv been been to. Read more

This Mr Sub is by far the best, the 2 guys working there are great at their job and they make great sandwiches. Subway is... garbage compared to what you get here. Definitely give it a go for your next sub! Read more
