Placed an order online and indicated visa for method of payment. The delivery guy came and said our internet is down and we only... take cash. I didn't have cash so he didn't give me my order. I even offered to send the owner e-transfer on the spot but theypreferred to thrown my order out than give it to me although it was their own problem. Read more
Pizza Nova is our favourite pizza to get. The ingredients always seem fresh and the crust is the perfect thickness and cook. The... staff (delivery and in store) are very friendly but as of recently seem forgetful. Last weekend they completely forgot to makeone of our 2 pizzas and this weekend they forgot the honey on our ?honey stinger? and also didn?t give us our drink afterringing it through. We will try again but hope they can improve on getting things right! :) Read more
Pizza was fantastic. A little greasy, but delicious. I haven't had pizza this good since I had some at Jeneau Pizza in Juneau,... Alaska in 2009. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Pizza Nova was so good when they first opened. Now in recent months the quality of food and service has changed for the worse.... Just received another burnt pizza, black in the bottom! That?s three orders in a row, either burnt pizzas or a problem everytime. I?ve been there and seen the older guy at the back with either his mask half on or not on at all, hanging under his chin.Such a shame, used to be great pizza, friendly staff. Not any more. I?ll attribute it to staff shortages obviously not theintention of the owner. But someone should please double check the pizzas when they go out or something. I doubt the owner wouldhave allowed these burnt pizzas to go out the door, staff could care less I expect is the problem. We?ll look for somewhere elseto order from with hopes Pizza Nova gets back to making the good pizzas they?re capable of soon. Absolutely amazing! By far the best place to have a pizza in Collingwood. I personally look for places that are clean because... that tells me a lot about the quality and I have to say, this location is SPOTLESS! Fresh ingredients, great taste andabsolutely lovely staff. First time trying Pizza Nova as was recommended by a friend for having the best dairy-free pizza. Paid extra for vegan cheese,... got literally burnt dough with sauce and a SPRINKLE of the cheese. Disgraceful. I will be letting all my fellow vegan friendsknow that the worst place to get dairy-free pizza is Pizza Nova in Collingwood. Read more
I went for their grand opening on Monday and it was a blast. I order only Pizza Nova and seeing such a huge welcome to... Collingwood for Jason as the new owner. At the same time witnessing all the loyal customers that missed Pizza Nova since theyhad moved to Collingwood and praising that it has arrived was just great. We always go for thin crust. Read more
I had some customers who ate at Popeyes in this plaza. I was hungry, but not very. I wandered in to Pizza Nova and ordered a... slice. Nice soft crust with lots of flavour. Staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend. Read more
