Was here the other weekend. Place was busy and they even had to close the drive through. Waited in line for a long time and then... when we go to order we find out no coffee is available for at least 30 minutes. Kind of crazy considering it's a coffee shop.But it appears they are short staffed. Left without buying anything. Read more

All around one of the worst Starbucks to be open. The drive thru is an absolute joke, I don?t think I?ve ever waited less than... 10 minutes for a simple coffee. Last weekend I waited a total of 24 minutes for a cappuccino. Twenty four minutes. It could?vebeen longer but I actually told them to forget it and left without my coffee in hand. The staff are a hit and miss, a handfulare the bubbliest and greatest people around but the majority are just rude and miserable. The attention to detail is lacking ornot even there, I can?t count the amount of times I?ve went to grab my coffee with the lid not secure properly, one incidentbeing a few weeks ago that I argued with the barista that it was the incorrect fit and wouldn?t do anything. I accepted it andjust wanted my coffee, I had taken no more than 2 sips before the entire lid came off and ruined and stained a white outfit Iwas wearing for work. Honestly save your $10 and go get a coffee from a local spot who will pay attention to what you?rewanting and really make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Read more

I love the staff at this location. Everytime I?ve either gone in to order or the drive through as well, I am always greeted with... a friendly smile no matter what time of day and even during chaotic times. I?ve seen the staff respectfully diffuse situationswith unhappy customers and send those customers off with smiles. My order is prepared in a timely manner and always tastesgreat! Over 15 mins waiting for 1 coffee. A lot of people in the kitchen talking and only young kids working. Need supervision.
