We ordered: lobster roll (lobster was a tad over fried) but otherwise good), gold dragon roll (yummy, salmon tasted fresh,... minimal rice which I prefer), and shrimp tempura (a bit too much batter). Oh my. I have had so much sushi in my life and this place wow?d me and my husband beyond belief! The server we had was so nice... and sweet. And the sushi we got was phenom. We just shared a few rolls as we weren?t super hungry but wish we could have triedmore. Loved how the rice was thinly layered on the nori, not piled on like most places serve. I had Pork Katsu dinner. It comes with a salad, miso soup and plain rice. Salad was good because of the dressing. Loved the miso... soup packed full of flavor. The pork cutlet was tender and crispy but lacked seasoning and flavor. The sauce served along it wascold!? I wasn't expecting that! Even worse the sauce tasted so much like the Swiss Chalet gravy. Asked for a spicy sauce and Igot the Sriracha, which I added to the sauce. This one dessert you have to try is the tempura fried ice cream! That was thehighlight of the dinner. 8-22-2022 Read more
