First time here and will definitely return! We got the sampler platter and the food was very, very good! Sauces for ribs and... wings were incredible, and best sweet potato fries we’ve had-hands down!(They were nice and crispy on the outside, yet soft inthe middle). Server was very good, as were all the staff. Only reason we gave a 4 was because it was very tight in there; hardto move around and definitely not the place for private conversations. But, we would return in a heartbeat for the food andservice! Read more
Fantastic food and service, will certainly return. Got the chefs sampler platter and a side of cornbread. We've ate at many... smoke houses and sometimes variety of sauces can leave you feeling icky, but this was not the case here. All meat was moist,with a nice smoked taste, not overbearing. WOW!! I hardly eat meat in my day to day, and my husband swore I would love the meat here and that was an understatement… We... got the pull pork sandwich and the pulled pork grilled cheese…FANTASTIC flavour, amazing staff! 10/10 will come here wheneverin blue mountain!! Bravo!! Read more
Really fantastic food, great, large portions and extremely attentive staff. Servers knew their product and cared that the... customers were happy. The owner was present and greeting all the patrons. Took the time to talk to everyone and make sure thefood was good. Food was quick to come out and order was rapidly fixed when a dipping sauce was missing. Get the smoked applecrisp, good sized and great tasting. Good for sharing. As the show said... you gotta eat here. Read more
Just wow!!! 10/10 place definitely going to come back and tell all my friends about it We were visiting Collingwood for... CrossFit competition from Toronto. Ordered 2 different burgers and brisket + dessert (apple crumble with ice cream) Meat is sofresh and delicious, you can taste the quality. They also make ice cream in house. Probably one of the best vanilla ice creamsI’ve tried. We loved absolutely every single meal. My friends are very high maintenance when it comes to food but had nocomplaints here. So we visited here on a whim. We had the sampler and the buffalo chicken salad. In the sampler we chose ribs, wings and beef... brisket. All of them were amazing, the beef brisket being my favourite. Our sides were beans and fries. My mom had the salad andI stole a few bites and it was pretty good. She said the chicken was a bit salty but expected as it had franks sauce and it wassmoked. I would definitely go again. Our server Edna was the friendliest and bubbliest person you could meet. Honestly we wouldgo back there just for her awesome personality and service. Food was absolutely amazing! Lots of meat and the flavours were so tasty! I could really taste the smokiness of everything.... Customer service was also fantastic! They just reopened their door for indoor dining last Wednesday. Only point to improve wouldbe to take one minute and vacuum/clean the bathroom fan… full of dust and almost clogged up. Read more
