The lady at the till was very nice. Although the old woman on soup and samdwhich, grey hair, was very rude. I got a farmers wrap... with sausage and bacon, I took one bite and realized it had no sausage, no big deal, but wanted my money?s worth so told them, Iasked if they wanted my wrap back (i used to work at tim?s and we always took it back to re make them a new one) the lady thatwas on till said no, so i wrapped it up and had it in my hand. The lady asked me what was on my original farmers wrap, i saidbacon, she said ?so what was wrong about it? I said there was no sausage but I got sausage and bacon, so she asked me where myother wrap was, I held it up, she reached over the counter and grabbed it out of my hands, and through it into the trash loudenough to make a loud noise, she turned around to her co workers, and she said something and they laughed and looked at me. Sheturned around with a snarky smile on her face and said, she?s making a new wrap, hot and fresh. She after turned around and said?we don?t have time for this? as she was standing around doing absolutely nothing. Disgusting experience, The other girl,younger, on soup and sandwhich apologized for her which i appreciated. Being nice isn?t a hard thing to do, and if you arereading this old lady on soup and sandwhich with grey hair, you do not deserve to be working there if you are going to bedisgustingly rude. I give it a low rating because.. while a very nice young girl was taking my order and picking my timbits the 'manager on duty'... hollered from the drive thru area " I told you to get over here and work the sandwich station with the other girl". I should ofgot her name so I could report her to upper management about the unprofessionalism she displayed. There were others in therestaurant that were gawking to see what the fuss was about too. Koodoos to the young lady for her professional, soft spokenreply that she would be there when she finished with her customer. ME. And koodoos to me for not voicing my opinion then andthere. Read more
I give it three stars since the ice cap and the donut was good. I went to use their mens restroom and it was dirty. I am not... sure how their kitchen is, since the food I received was good so far. Maybe they need to have someone go ahead and clean thetoilet and bathroom too. First time customer here at this location. The workers were great and pleasant to order from. Additionto another service order I did today on September 7th, 2022. I ordered the grilled cheese melt and it did not look like a realgrilled cheese. Nothing as pictured as well. Ordered - 12 grain bagel 'toasted' with plain cream cheese. Got - 12 grain bagel 'burnt' with plain cream cheese ????????

Great and fast but it only depends on the time if it's when the managers are gone the staff members normally slack off. That's... why I started ordering a head through the app and I placed my order and by the time I get there I still have to wait 10 minutesfor my order to be complete. They don't even apologize or anything and the drinks are somewhat okay. Read more
This Tim?s is a normal Tim Hortons but the service is friendly and so fast. I wasn?t sure the coffee down at the pickup area... was mine, it was it just that it there so quick after ordering. A customer a few minutes later asked if it was really her bagelbecause it was so fast. Staff was welcoming everyone when they arrived. So different from a big city Tim?s. Read more
I didn't like it, but it's Tim Hortons, a huge Maga corporation, the staff stood around at the drive Thur, a whole bunch of... staff talking not helping front staff at all and the last time I went there I said 2 creams, they put milk and it was on thescreen and I corrected them and they still made my drink with milk and asked the back ground noise, that it was too load intalking again. They only had 4 types of Tim bits when they are selling Halloween containers with 32 Tim bits in them! The billcame to a lot cause the rice bowls didn't come with combo but told me yes, when I added a donut. No! Thanks Tim's, not my cup oftea! Read more
