Not very friendly service. Ran out of oat milk in the morning and didn't bother buying any from Wal Mart beside them - still... out at night. Ordered 2 XL teas and they hand me 2 larges. I question if they are XL and she says no and goes back to get XL. Not sure if she was assuming I was a tourist who didn't know sizes. Will drive down the road to the next Tim's from now one. If I could give negative stars I would. Always have issues here. Went through the drive thru for coffee and breakfast... sandwiches. Got the coffee at the window and was asked to pull around and wait for 2 simple breakfast biscuits. The parking lotis tiny and always full, waited over 5 minutes in the middle of the lot, still no breakfast. The coffee was ultimately broughtback and money was asked to be returned .. do not recommend this location AT ALL. No staff even seemed apologetic aboutit. Update: I decided to give them another chance. Ordered a turkey bacon club. I received half a jar of mayo and lettuce thatlooks like it was pulled from the trash. Its a primarily a drive thru store. The drive thru is quite large because you have to around the whole building, those who have... done it know what I mean. Service was fast and efficient. I?ve never really had any issues with this location. But we ordered two chicken bacon ranch wrap combos through the drive thru... and 1. My wrap came out looking like this. 2. Our donuts were just thrown into a bag. And 3. It totalled $20... Took the wrapback and the girl shook her head as if we blew up the wrap. She responded that the wrap was put together properly and that it?shouldn?t blow up like that when opening it.? She wasn?t respectful, kind or personable. I don?t care if it was made properlyor not. If I open the package and it looks like that, as a customer service representative for Tim Hortons, you take the wrapback and apologize for the inconvenience. I?m not looking for a free sandwich, I just want to eat the damn thing. Needless tosay, we WON?T be coming back. Tim Hortons, Please address the staff at this location. I don?t know if it?s a bad apple or thewhole team. But, as a Guest Service worker, I know how I should be treated and it was far from it.
