I ordered a pizza with pineapple on it, the pineapple was expired and the whole pizza was sour. I called to let them know and... they said a manager needs to approve this credit they will call you back. I?ve called 4 times now asking to speak to the managerand still nothing. Very disappointed with this poor customer service. Will never order toppers again, don?t have the time orenergy to keep calling back. Read more

We've had Toppers (Collingwood location) a few times. The last 2 times we found the toppings were quite sparse and the crust was... not yet done/under-cooked. We sent feedback directly to Toppers with specifics and it was never even acknowledged. Likely won'torder from here again as there are great options elsewhere (ie. Later Pizza). Read more
So disappointed in my pizza and bread sticks this evening. Bread sticks tasted stale, dry and warmed up and the pizza crust was... also dry. In future I will be looking for a new pizza joint. Very sad as I have ordered from WB Toppers for years and was neverdisappointed?I guess Collingwood is not the same. Read more
