AVOID THIS LOCATION! The staff do not know what they are doing. They appear high. Giggling and messing up orders. Pathetic you... pay full price and receive half a container of fries with no taste, a soggy burger that's made a mess, and sticky drinkcontainers they hand you. Shame on this location. I love frosty's. Last few times I've picked up they have not been full to the top. Today's was horrible , only filled 2 3rds and... was hollow in the middle. This was my last try to see if better . I basically got half if what I ordered. Read more
Had issues with the App and issues with the ESL drive through attendant? then got a drink that was suspect for the staff... doctoring because of the frustration on both sides. Well, I won?t do Wendy?s again. Their beef is all from old dairy cowsanyway so not much of a loss in my dietary sinning. Read more
These guys consistently close down the dining room at 830-9pm. How hasn?t the owner noticed this??? On top of that, I?m not... sure if this is new management in the last 6 months, but this location has gone down hill RAPIDLY. Save yourself time, A+W orMcDonald?s down the street stays open until their posted hours. Read more
We eat at this Wendy?s all the time and it?s usually really good but the last two times have been bad. This evening we bought... for 4 of us and it was terrible, such a waste of money. Ordered lettuce wrap burger and got the tiniest piece of lettuce on top,definitely not enough to wrap the burger. Our baked potatoes were hard as rocks, super skimpy on the toppings. The tomato on mychicken sandwich was super mushy. Definitely needs quality control there. I won?t be going back for a very long time. Too badbecause we usually love Wendy?s. Read more
Got an apple pecan salad here on Friday and half of it was rotten and wilted leaves. It went in the bin. Very inconsistent. I... actually never give bad reviews and it pains me, but it was too horrible to ignore. The time before I barely got bleu cheese andwas disappointed. This place needs to be more consistent. Also whilst there, another customer was complaining as their frieswere cold. At 9 pm on a Friday you would expect fresh and hot food. Not sure I?ll be going again. Read more
